Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The staff who attended us during the meal were very rude. They were yelling instead of communicating respectfully. The issue started because their computer system had not been updated to reflect that there was no variety of soups available. This lack of organization led to unnecessary tension, which could have been handled much more professionally.

They closed the restroom about 9pm “for cleaning ” but never reopened it. Waited 40 minutes. Nobody was cleaning it. Just blocked to keep customers out.

I went there to eat breakfast and drink coffee. The place is clean and staff are helpful and polite. The bathrooms were clean and better than what you find in other gas stations. The breakfast was decent and a little pricy but still better than other places.

The place is disgusting. I use to enjoy sitting outside and have my coffee and breakfast sandwich but no more. The homeless are always sitting outside and the area is filthy. The location on BBD and 56 is no better. The homeless are always sitting outside there, leaving cigarette butts and trash everywhere. I had a homeless guy sit on top of the table next to me picking his toenails. The pictures attached are from this morning.

Horrible Service..first no chicken reorder..get home turkey sub has no meat..have to return to management who has no concern for any inconvenience to their customers..go to PUBLIX they know how to make a sub..I’d run out of gas and walk to SHELL before I spend another dollar in a wawa..

Great fruit smoothies, friendly service, and their lunch/dinner food is hot and fresh and served within minutes! We had the Buffalo Chicken hoagie, the Make it yourself (Mash/MacnCheese bowl) and everything was really good. We’ll be back! 🙂
