This has been the best Wawa experience for me. It was my birthday and I didn’t have a cake by the end of the day to make my wish and they didn’t have any cakes either, but they offered me a shake with extra chocolate and caramel and it was absolutely amazing!!! They literally made MY day 10x better! Tanisha was absolutely wonderful, fun, and have a beautiful soul that makes people smile and feel happy! Thank you for this ♥️

So lately they’ve been changing their staff, and the refreshers have been horrible. Feels like I went to Dunkin donut and bout that water down refresher they sell. The person that was working in the beverage area on 1/9/25 that Caucasian tall lady and the black girl working on 1/10/25 both visits were between 9pm to 10:30pm. Please ensure the staff knows how to make the beverages correctly because the inconsistency is reflecting poor customer service. Now I feel as if I would rather drive to military and lantana for my refreshers, even though I work closer to the location on lantana and 95. At this point it’s not even worth it.

have never had such a terrible experience at a Wawa in my life. I walked in late at night to order a sandwich, and the night manager, Angie, was absolutely no help. The woman making my sandwich didn’t listen to anything I said. I explained very clearly how I wanted it, and she completely ignored me, acted annoyed, and was extremely rude the entire time. She ended up making the sandwich wrong anyway.
On top of that, I had to return an item because it had mold on it. When I went back inside, instead of apologizing, the same lady snapped at me saying, “We’ve been complaining since the beginning,” with such an attitude it was unbelievable. The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior from this staff was shocking.
Terrible service, rude employees, and zero care for customers. I will never be coming back to this locaction!
Will be calling corporate in the morning!

Came into this location, they were slow, yet. Worst Wawa experience, worst anywhere experience, one cashier helping customer for 10 minutes. Figure out what kind of tobacco products he wanted through his phone. Unable to check out anybody else, went back to grab made to order coffee, they made a big deal about me grabbing it before being paid even though I had a bunch of things sitting on the counter, hot food and cold drinks just sitting there. There well I needed to be somewhere else, then manager walked up and I asked if there was another register and he said just use this one here, the lady’s here and I told him the guys taking 10 minutes. Minutes he just shrugged gave me a dirty look. Ignorance is bliss!

First time going, there was amazing. The last two orders were terrible. I decided to get the mobile app to make things easier to just pick up food. The second order was supposed to be a sausage, egg and cheese sizzle and they gave me a bacon. The third order was supposed to be a sausage, egg and cheese burrito sizzle. This time I checked the bag before I left and it was again it was a wrong order. They said it would take 10 to 15 minutes so I decided to leave and just eat what they put in the bag. When I got home to have my iced black coffee, it was completely watered down. There was zero ice. They clearly just poured blazing hot coffee on ice.

I love wawa but every time I come to this location the food isn’t prepared right. Today my sandwich had 2 different size beads. I asked for jalapeños, I got 1 piece and it was the tail, literally. I asked for pickles, I got 2 slices. This isn’t the first time, for different orders. Whether it’s a salad or a sandwich, the outcome is the same at this location. It’s horrible!!

I love this gas station!!! It’s always clean inside, the employees are very helpful and friendly. The food that they make is actually very good, I bought a double bacon cheeseburger the other night and was impressed by the size and taste (see attached picture). Their coffee is very good and they provide u with multiple options for creamers. Also the restroom is always clean and doesn’t stink. Best gas station around

One of the worst wawa’s in the area. Customer Service/Store Cleansing seriously needs to be updated especially on night. The workers had me waiting for 15 minutes on my order of a simple club sandwich while two woman in the back just sat around and chatted. The area of food looked unkept. One seemed to be manager, very unpleasant and unprofessional when i had complained to her. Managements needs to be looked into. Was not happy and would not recommend this location to my friends or others!
