Last Tuesday I was out a little later than normal, I’ve decided to go grab something to possibly snack on around 11pm-ish. When I went in, there was 4 workers just hanging around. I get it cool lots of dead time especially around that time however, when I went to the screen to order something, they had absolutely nothing available for me to order. No food or drinks. I was literally forced to go out the way to drive to Congress and Forest Hill where 1. It was super packed, 2. The screens to order from had everything available to purchase and order. 3. I got exactly what I wanted thanks to the Wawa on Congress. This isn’t my first time having to go out my way to a different Wawa because they had taken off everything on the order screen. I get it maybe there’s a specific time they have to maybe reset and clean up or swap out food. I’m not sure however they were all just hanging around talking to each other which I wouldn’t even have cared if I haven’t been forced to go out my way multiple occasions,I don’t think it’s fair. I love this Wawa the majority of the staff is super attentive and respectful. Always welcoming however when it comes to the late night it’s very inconvenient.

I went there to pick up an order, I asked the worker about the order and she says you are going to have to wait. I said excuse me, she said, “I said you have to wait, I’m making a sandwich.” I informed her that it was very rude the way she was speaking and then another worker assisted me. As I was leaving she was telling the other worker about the situation, I looked at her badge to see her name(Dominique). She yelled have a nice day, very sarcastically. This kind of service will run customers away.

Please elderly lady with the white hare working the register, if you cannot hear, do the customers and yourself a favor and buy hearing aids. Please do not jump away from the register to get a to go when you have people waiting in line. Please learn not to be mean, you do not have to scan an I.D., so please stop being difficult. Thank you, it will be much appreciated if you could adhere to this advise. No worries, I will never come back, as it is your profit share not mine. You need to respect customers, it is thier money they spend, not yours. Bless your little heart

I’m a frequent customer and they’re really good almost every time. Highly disappointed in my last visit, I ordered a Cuban and there is zero pulled pork on it. I’ve ordered it before with no issue. Eight dollars for the skinniest ham sandwich I’ve ever seen. The person making it should have read their screen better.

The smell is horrible and the coffee station is always dirty. But that smell seems unsafe for employees to have to inhale that for hours. I almost threw up just getting my food and I almost didn’t get it bcuz of the smell but I had already paid for it on the app so I just got it and left. Not cool man, not cool.

This is a Review on the convenience store, more specifically on the sandwiches they prepare there. While the customization system to order burgers is nice, service is fast and the burgers patties tastes really good, the downside comes when you grab the bun and take the first bite and the bun and the cheese are both cold. In that moment it doesn’t matter much is the patty tasted good, you only think “I should have stopped in a burger place and not in a gas station to eat a burger”. Disappointed.

I was very impressed with Jessy, General Manager. The store has a friendly environment and I was impressed with their cleanliness and how well stocked all looked. Breakfast catered by Wawa for 40 people was outstanding!!! We loved the sandwiches and coffee! Thank you!

I don’t appreciate being belittled by employee, Andy, for buying alcohol at 12:30. Its bad enough I have to ask somebody to open the cooler for me, but then hearing that really makes me want to take my business somewhere else.
