I usually have great experiences at this Wawa — the staff are friendly and the drinks are always great. However, today’s visit was disappointing.
I ordered my usual iced coffee with extra espresso and, as I always do, I politely asked if it had been added. I only ask because in the past, sometimes it’s been accidentally missed, and whenever I mention it, the staff are always very polite and appreciative — they’ll say, “Oh, thank you for the reminder,” and everything gets fixed right away.
This time, though, the person making the drinks caught an attitude, raised his voice a bit, and said, “I’m following whatever’s on the screen.” I completely understand that, but in the end, my extra espresso wasn’t added, even though I paid for it. By the time I realized, I was already on the highway.
I’m always respectful when I ask because I know how busy it gets, but the reaction today was unnecessary. Normally, this location’s service is excellent, so I hope this was just an off day.

Bizarrely, this location has placed all of their fountain cups behind the counter and refuses to give you one unless you pay for it in advance, even if you have shopping left to do. Absolutely fantastic customer service policy to make people feel like potential thieves… for a cup. Walked out. Won’t be returning to this location.

Usually staff are friendly and everything is well stocked but lately quality and service has been terrible. I came in for a pre made sandwich and a bag of ice and nothing was stocked. Had to add the condition of the bathrooms

If you want to get traded like you are a thief pass by this location and if the self pay machine don’t give you a recipe you wont be able to get your cup for a soda (1.75) out of an order of 28.85 asked for a full refund instead! Will never again come back to this location

Agree with other reviews this store has been in a steady decline in terms of quality and service. I was in store on 10/11 and ordered some food. It was a younger guy (high school looking age) working alone taking his sweet time making food when he had at least 5 orders in, and an older woman was back there with him and finally came out after a few mins of him being alone with some restocking supplies I guess. Both of these employees fully tried to scam me, IN FRONT OF MY FACE, which is absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, and disappointing to see come from a Wawa. Long story short – I ordered cornbread (AND PAID FOR IT), young guy finishing up making my food asking the older lady where’s the cornbread – she starts ranting about how they order 10 things and only get 1 thing and blah blah they dont have any. So the guy finishes my food, calls my number, hands it to me – WITHOUT my cornbread and without saying anything to me personally. I wait a minute then say politely “excuse me, I ordered the cornbread”. He goes “oh..” – asks the lady again she again goes off “WE DONT HAVE ANY”. young guy dead pan stares at me and goes we dont have any…like ????. I then said okay we’ll I have already paid for this so are you going to give me something else (like a roll or etc how a normal wawa with good employees would remedy the situation) or do I have to get a refund for this? He then asks the lady again what to do, and just says I can’t do anything go to the registers…If this is who wawa is employing to be in contact with their customers at this location, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere

Took 45 mins to make a personal pizza. The service was the worst and slowest I’ve experienced. Stop hiring slow people get people who actually care to work. These guys don’t care about people waiting 30 minutes for a simple meal.

My first time in a Wawa station, you can find everything you need in the shop, drinks, food, groceries… I love it.

Used love to have lunch here . But lately is going down hill , we had to wait for one about 10 min just to be told they are out something in the bowl. Came back again same experience they were out of pasta , after 10 min of putting the order , my freinds bowl was never made , they said never heard the notification sound, another 5 min wait. We take our food i notice my bowl seem a bit strange and i look at it .. see pictures below. I think im done with WAWA.

The staff is great. The coffee is phenomenal. I go out of my way to get my coffee at Wawa. Wawa is the best. I was so excited when they were opening. This way I could constantly eat some of their delicious Hoagies. Their drink selection is great, they always have clean bathrooms, and their gas prices tend to be the cheapest in town. The facilities are constantly cleaned and I go out of my way to get gas at Wawa.
