Love this WaWa,
Not sure why this WaWa has a 3 stars. They deserve better than that. Let me teach the one that are not happy with this WaWa. You know there are several WaWa’s in Florida. If you’re not happy with the service , go on with your life but don’t make someone’s life miserable. I went this morning for the 5 dollar breakfast meal and they were out of hash browns, no big deal. There is no reason to get up set. The cashier was very respectful and professional about it and she apologizes and she really didn’t had to do that . You think I’m going to get upset? no I didn’t. I got a free coffee and something else.. the staff were all very professional about it and that’s why I have to say Thanks to Jess, Yolanda, Tanisha ,Kiyah, Promise shop, you were all professional and respectful. Thank you WaWa to have these good employees employed because it makes a difference in a customer’s life.

Been to many, many wawas up-and-down Florida, giving this one4 stars because most of the staff is pretty nice and the food comes out. Decent. Most of the time , and when I request a hot fresh pretzel made, they’ll do it for me. So I recommend this Wawa location.

It was funny in a strange way — beggars asking other beggars for money, too drunk to realize who they were begging from. Some waved whiskey bottles, offering sips for fifty cents, turning the lot into a kind of circus. The staff, cheerful once upon a time, quickly lost that spirit after just a week of working there, their smiles giving way to bitterness. What should have been a normal gas station parking lot became a bizarre marketplace of confusion, where change and swigs of liquor replaced snacks and drinks, and the whole scene spiraled into absurdity.

I ordered online a chicken steak quesadilla and they gave me a cold bacon quesadilla instead. I do not eat pork and did not realize I bit into it and began to feel sick. Terrible, do better.

The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because they have this one guy that works there name Terrance making people life easier in times like this. I ordered food & had waited a while, I asked the cashier & she act like she was mad that I asked about the timing. I Saw the guy which was Terrance, he walked right over look for the name & I was on my way out the door after that. Definitely was a good deed & I hope the company is treating him well because it’s hard to find that enjoy what they do. Kudos to Terrance for being a humble spirit

“Unfortunately, my recent visit to Wawa was a disappointment from start to finish. The bathrooms were closed, which was inconvenient, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for assistance, the cashier told me they will remain closed for a couple of hours due to cleaning?! how long does it take to clean a bathroom in this particular location? bc in others takes 5-10 max .To make matters worse, the security guard was hostile and threatening when they saw me taking a photo. They demanded that I delete the picture and threatened to physically remove me from the premises if I took another one. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. I’ve had great experiences at Wawa in the past, but this visit fell short in every way. I hope they address these issues to improve the customer experience.”

Was unable to put air in my tires since both air pumps are broken. Please fix your equipment.
Pump 2 is pumping gas very slow.
THEY CLOSE RESTROOMS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AROUND 12:45 AM and Saturday Morning at 7:15 AM and Wednesday morning at 4:50 AM & Thursday morning at 6AM. Very inconvenient.
Maybe they should clean restrooms between 3AM-3:15AM.

Wawa has a variety of lunch and dinner options, so I opted to try one of their burgers. In comparison to other places, I was pleasantly pleased at how well-crafted and delicious everything was. The burger was delicious, and it was also quite large. Overall, I like it and would recommend it to others.

very slow service constant rudeness from the chefs and dirt on the floor. not the best wawa in town. often there are no necessary ingredients and also workers are talking on the phone and not doing their job while you are waiting for your order. you need a good manager.
