Just leaving this location and I must say the team was extremely nice. I was a little leery from reading the reviews, but I came here twice while in the area two separate days. Not only was I greeted coming in, I was offered a bag for my food while checking out, the food service in the back although they were you know taking a little time getting it ready, but they were very sweet and well spoken on how they handled each customer. Sometimes we have to get folks a chance to redeem themselves, and I hope the quality of service continues to go up but this location I can say was a pleasant visit each time. The only feedback I would give is to do periodic touch cleans around the coffee stand, which is self service in the outdoor seating.

I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had with a team member at your Wawa location in Miami Gardens.
While using the self-checkout, a team member asked if I needed a bag. I politely responded that I was okay without one. She then replied, in a rude tone, “Okay, if you change your mind and need a bag, I’m not giving you one.” The comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I had been polite and respectful.
I understand employees can have stressful days, but speaking to customers in that manner is not acceptable and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. I am sharing this so the issue can be addressed and to help ensure better customer interactions in the future.
Her name is tae she is light skinned looks to be in her 20s has braids with like colors in her hair she has a different color each time I see her but this time she had in blue her customer service is bad this is not the first time she did this and i know I’m not the only person she pretends to be so nice to other customers but she picks a choose who she wants to be nice too lack of professionalism is what I call it. The store manager should not be expecting this it is a shame and a embarrassment to the company and should not be tolerated Wawa customer service is there number priority she does not respect the morals and values of her role this is just a job to here at the end of the day and it’s not okay

This is the third time that my sandwich was not properly made to my liking. There’s no oil, no mayo!, no salt and pepper!. What’s the purpose of having the machine to take your order? I usually like Wawa, but this location was a huge disappointment. The restroom was absolutely disgusting, trash and toilet paper all over the floor, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s unacceptable for a place that serves food to allow such poor sanitation. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

On the corner of happy and… no thats another place. This is the WaWa on the corner of 27th & 183rd. This is a new addition to this restored and evolving shopping center (the 183rd or carol mart). You already know they have the cheaper gas prices, good coffee bar, and hot foods and sandwiches to fuel your road trip or daily grind. Want to be in & out, simply grab something from the coolers or shelves, pay, gas & go. It can be a little tricky heading North on 27th from this corner but hopefully that’ll change when the traffic light becomes operational. Good people workinh here. Hopefully they match the good service & clean standards from adjacent stores.
