Unfortunately,and once again .. asking for a breakfast sandwich or coffee to be prepared will get you called out for being white privileged? I really don’t understand!!! ??? Spoke with the manager Troy. about a month ago and was assured that these situations wouldn’t happen again, but it’s an everyday occurrence now!! This is just getting crazy!! Why would you hire people to work in a customer service industry , and they don’t like customers?? on their phones or just making fun of other customers for no reason . They are never doing their jobs . always hanging out with each other . laughing and walking around.. every single day I’m there there is a customer getting yelled at, Belittled or talk down to . But yet customers can’t even get a sandwich. And then get yelled at for asking someone to do their job!

This is definitely one of my favorite. Wawa’s. Their custom coffee drinks are the best here! Very consistent always taste better than some the other locations. People are always so friendly and it is spotless inside.

The sign says “A complementary cup of ice or water is permitted with your purchase.” When I bought food and asked for a complementary cup of water with my purchase, the lady working there said “You can only get a complementary cup of water with the purchase of a beverage”. Why did I need to buy (say) a bottled water from the cooler to get a complimentary cup of sink water?

I came back Wednesday morning at 8am after coming in on Monday asking for the veggie breakfast bagel I’ve previously purchased. I asked one gentleman for help he helped as much as he could but he wasn’t aware of the menu because I was asking questions due to previously ordering a veggie bagel, but it wasn’t on the menu so I was asking what else could’ve been created. The gentleman went to ask the young lady who was waiting to prepare the next ticket meal for assistance she was not busy at the time nor was anyone else ordering anything she gave the gentleman an attitude and told him to help me he told her he couldn’t I told him thank you and left. As I was leaving she stated oh look under lunches you’ll find something she was an average height plus size dark skin young lady with plaits. I continue to walk out.

Nothing turns me off from a business like being treated like a criminal. It’s frustrating enough that I have to track down a security guard to get into the beer fridge (because of poor design, I guess it’s my fault that people steal beer and chug it in the bathroom), I couldn’t even get myself an iced coffee when I came in to get a bag of coffee to make at home, because all the plastic cups are kept behind the checkout counter. With a good half dozen or more people standing in line and only one poor girl behind the register, I hit the self checkout with my bag of coffee and left. Here’s a quick math tip: being so paranoid about someone stealing $.05 worth of plastic and cheap coffee that you turn around and sell for $2, that you make it a chore to buy, people aren’t gonna buy it!

On night duty the white,short heavyset lady, ( do not know her name) always has an attitude and is arguing with somebody.Why does management put up with this person scaring her customers away I for one will avoid this WA’.Wa when she is on duty. She got mad because I asked her just to toast.The bread the tula and the cheese, but she did not do and she proceeded to stuff.My sandwich out of spite , as you can see in the pictures , this is not a regularly prepared sandwich. And I come here is several times every week. But I am putting her on blast because I am tired of every time walking in there and having to deal with her bad energy and her bad customer service she needs to get fired. And of the 20,000 people that will see this review.I believe they will agree that this sandwich was made out of spite

This place is like the Walmart of snack stops. The clientele walk in wearing outrageous outfits that should remain behind closed doors rather than out in public. The staff is grumpy with no smiles. They all look like they hate their jobs.
I placed an order for a simple pepperoni wrap and didn’t get it for twenty minutes. No one tells you where you are in the queue so everyone is unhappy with the service and the employees.
One and done for sure.

This is my favorite Wawa! They put a lot of effort and skill in their coffees and the customer service is 10/10. I love the energy of the guys making coffee.

I wanted to buy some stuff and use the restroom. But the security guard doesn’t know the password from the restroom (that nonsense) and I suppose to wait for the whole line till the cashier gets free and opens the restroom door for me. The self-service cashier doesn’t work at all.
