Ordered Wawa through Uber Eats delivery. Was missing half my order including Lg Mac & Cheese, Lg Chicken Noodle Soup, Cheesesteak loaded fries and Chicken & bacon quesadilla.

The cashiers are always friendly and chatty. I like that. The food quality and service are always high quality and quick, and I’ve never had any mistakes made on my sandwiches. My only two complaints are; the very recent reduction of the amount of ham in my sandwiches, and the more ongoing issue of…when the sandwich is made and they call your number, the sandwich maker just leaves it there and never speaks. I usually say “Thank you” but get no response. And I never hear anything back like “You’re welcome” or “Enjoy you meal” or even “Have a nice day.” It’s vastly different from when this location first opened. Someone was greeting, teaching customers how to order, and EVERYONE spoke. I know I sound picky. Good food, high quality, quickly made, I should be happy with that. But, sometimes I just miss the human touch.
UPDATE: I have increased my star ratings since my last review. Wawa has implemented changes since my last visit. The amount of meat in the hoagie sandwiches seems to have increased back to its normal amount, and the staff now speaks much more. On my most recent visit I was greeted warmly four times. And this includes when picking up my sandwiches. Nearly every complaint seems to have been addressed and corrected. All of this is a good step towards making this Wawa location as good as when it first opened.

Waited 23 minutes for just a medium Mac and cheese, seemed to be only one person working with any sense of purpose. Looked like a district manager was in checking things out and didn’t have the awareness of the amount of orders building up. Whoever the lady in the blue shirt was I hope they give her a raise as she outworked everyone there. The kicker for it all is they only filled the medium cup halfway.

I visit this Wawa regularly, and every time I’m impressed by the great service — especially from Grasmarie, the barista. She always greets customers with a smile and such a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. My coffee is always made perfectly, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy. It’s refreshing to see that kind of energy early in the morning! Big shoutout to Grasmarie for making every visit a great one.

Excellent place to pick up snacks and other goods. The place is kept in excellent condition. The prices are reasonable and I really enjoyed coming here. There is a gas States and out front that you can use to fill up.

1st time on a Wawa store during my holiday after a recommendation and what an AWFUL experience. What it looked like the manager, awfully RUDE, made mistake on the order and was even worse.
