Gross food! I order the quesadilla with caramelized onions. They added one huge piece of chicken in the center that was barely cut and a ton of onions that had a strong pungent smell. They added way to much sauce, which made the whole thing wet! My fries were cold and when I asked them for new fries, they said it would take 14 minutes for them to make it! I paid 17.00 for this food that I cant eat! Outside seating area is filthy! Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would… I had a pick up for a simple pizza and the guy in deli raised his voice at me because he did not understand what I said started making a scene because I tried to show him my order. When I complained about it the person at the smoothies backed him up. This was not the first time I had encountered that same guy with the bad attitude. It’s obvious they do not like to work there and need to be placed somewhere else to avoid dealing with customers since they seem so aggressive and irritated. Every consumer that goes there goes to simple get their food and go, the purpose is not to be yelled at because the employee is tired.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is unacceptable. How can you even keep the other area half way decent but have this looking like trash. It seems the only they have done is stocked soap just barely and toilet paper. It’s disgusting. It doesn’t look like it was cleaned in months. I get it – some customers are hard to deal with when it comes to restrooms. But it should at least minimum be deep cleaned daily with all the foot traffic. Unacceptable! I wouldn’t dare buy no food from here when the restroom looks like that. It makes you wander where they wash their hands if so?

So my experience at this Wawa was to get gas and water . Then I thought my tires could probably use some air, so I looked towards the air and it’s no one in line I’m like yay. But when I pulled up to the air I seen the air doesn’t work . Doesn’t look like they’re trying to get it fixed either. There’s no bag over it and buttons don’t work. Ugh

Today Around 3pm. I order my food, pay for it and went to pick it up. No body there, but that’s OK can’t expect someone there all time The Store supervisor walk to that area, and the line cook, was at their office or whatever is in there behind the coffe area walk straight to line line with gloves on and never change it or wash hands, touching his face and nose. When I saw that, and the way he was handling the food I knew it was going to be bad news. SURE IT WAS I was just going to walk out even when it was pay for it. Unfortunately the end game was really bad it didn’t took 5 min to be food poisoned.I should walk out. If You leave the line,take your gloves off wash your hands back to the line wash hands and put gloves on. If you keep using dirty gloves and touch evey surface and your face you crossed contaminating everything.
