Came in tonight at 8:000 PM. Ordered the tomato soup with BLT with pickles on the side. Simple order I was just very satisfied with the customer service as the deli clerk made sure that I had the pickles on the side. (Some Wawa’s won’t give them to you on the side, even though it’s listed as an option for the sandwiches)

I love their Caramel cookies and cream (oreo) parfaits and cappuccino. This location is pretty busy but the service is fantastic. I have never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for my drinks once I had checked out. I highly recommend Wawa, especially this store!!

I come here once a week at least and customer service is usually good, but not today. The rude employee that prepares the food got offended because I ask him is my number was ready, and he got angry because he was calling names. So ridiculous.

I am an UberEats and DoorDash Delivery Driver and I was picking up a delivery order for a delivery customer and I was waiting inside the store for exactly 24 minutes all the meanwhile getting ignored by all the store employees whole they first served in person store customers and completely ignoring all DoorDash and UberEats Delivery Drivers and orders. Unacceptable! No customer service at this location what so ever!

Drinks and food were great, but the customer service at the register was unacceptable. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant one. I placed my order using the touchscreen tablet, collected my receipt, and walked to the self-checkout area to pay. Before I could start to scan my items, I was abruptly told, “I can take you over here,” by a staff member. While the tone was unnecessarily harsh, J assumed she was just stressed. It was Labor Day and the store was understandably busy. When I noticed the total seemed too high for what I ordered (3 drinks, 1 snack wrap, and 5 tenders), I politely voiced my concern. The employee initially seemed understanding but quickly became impatient and rude when she struggled to remove the extra items that someone else had added to the kiosk order before me. To make matters worse, as I was quietly talking to the person I came with, she snapped, “Are you going to let me finish speaking?”—even though no one was speaking to her at all at that moment. There was zero rudeness from us, but she treated customers as if they were a problem simply for asking questions or expecting basic courtesy. This behavior reflects poorly on the store. No customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially when trying to clarify a mistake. The woman who made my drinks, however, was lovely, friendly and professional, even amid the holiday rush. The food and drink prep staff did a great job overall. The front-end service, unfortunately, left a lasting negative impression.

I buy a cigarette box and the lady give me the wrong one and I walk out and then when I notice it was the wrong one I came back for change it and they said they can’t change it because I walk out and I buy it there so I ask for the manager and he come and said the same thing so I ask him for the rules that said they cant change the wrong product they supply practically I lost the money because I don’t smoked those cigarettes for they mistake? It’s unbelievable so people check your bag before come out of the store because they not gone change it back even when they commits the mistake.
