Order a shake online through the app at 8:30pm. App estimated time ready was 8:50pm. Arrived at 8:50 and it was not ready. Waited for 15 minutes and saw a few people get their shake n coffee orders. When I asked if my shake order was ready she said she didn’t make it because I haven’t paid for it yet. I was waiting to get my order to pay together with my soda, chips, and gas. What is the purpose of ordering through the app if she’s not going to do her job?! The whole reason ordering in the app is so you don’t have to wait when you get there. I waited just to waste my time. Terrible service at this location and the worst employee with a bad attitude. (No pictures to post, because I never got my order)

Ordered a double cheeseburger and a berry burst with an immunity shot last night. It tasted like a legit restaurant burger. Did not manage to take a photo of it, that’s how good the drink and burger were. Great job from the team at this location.

I’ve been a long-time customer of your Goldenrod & Valencia and Highway 50 locations, and I’ve consistently appreciated your service in the past. However, I’ve noticed an ongoing issue with curbside fulfillment. Although curbside pickup is offered, orders are often not brought out until the customer or delivery driver physically comes inside.
On one occasion, I placed an order for a handicapped friend who waited over an hour before receiving it only after I called to follow up. This seems to happen frequently, even when the store is not busy and staff are available. Each time, the same apology and explanation are given, but the issue remains unresolved.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value your brand and believe this is an area where customer experience could be significantly improved.

Waited more than 20 minutes for a chicken panini get done. They were attending to other people who arrived after me. I like the store , specially the coffee , but this time was too much time waiting I couldn’t even eat because my lunch break was already over.

The girl today at 4pm on the milkshake machine area should definitely get a new job. Poor attitude, terrible service. Management should deal with her, people are not going to deal with crap service and a bad attitude. Plenty of other better places.

They let this creepy dude smoke right in front of the door. He stands there and holds the door open, blows smoke in the vestibule and on people, and just stares. He will randomly follow you to the bathroom or wave. Weird. No idea why they allow this but I’d rather go anywhere else without such a stinky creep.
