The upgrade of the store is nice, but the staff need to go. Never find a person at the cash register. Coffee is never ready and the coffee counter is always dirty. Only one Spanish female employee in the morning keeps it clean when she is there. I stop going to this Wawa.

I came in this morning & placed my order at 3:50am. It is currently 4:01 and I still don’t have my food. Who ever was working in the kitchen was MIA until 3:59. This establishment is listed under fast food, 11 min yo make 2 snack wraps is ridiculous! Not even an apology gor the wait. Yall need to get it together.

NOT sure how they got store of the month when they have the rudest manager and they can’t make food to order. I used to stop at a Wawa sometimes twice a day or more. Was just there to return my son’s BLT sandwich that he ordered mustard and avocado on but bit into hot peppers and cucumber which he did not order. Good thing he’s not allergic or they would have paid the hospital bill. Every time we get something from this location it is never correct or has rotten food in it. DO NOT get anything made to order here because no one there knows how to read the instructions. Now I have to examine everything I get from no matter who. I will not stop there ever again. Thanks for ruining my food.

I come to the store every single day and spend money buy gas I asked for one extra squirt of sugar in my coffee they charged me $0.53 I say okay it wasn’t even enough to make my coffee sweet I can’t believe they rip people off this much over sweeteners for your coffee and iced coffee can’t pour sugar into it you have to have liquid sugar or it just stays at the bottom I can’t believe people can just rip people off like this . I’ve been a value customer at the store since it opened never have I felt like I got ripped off till now. I hope you feel good about not wanting to give me extra sugar when you just lost a couple hundred dollars worth of business a month

I recently placed an order for a turkey sandwich to pick up, but unfortunately, while enjoying my meal, I noticed a hair in it. This experience left me feeling quite disappointed and concerned. In order to prevent such incidents in the future, I kindly request that the staff wear hairnets, as the presence of foreign objects in food can be quite off-putting and unappetizing. Best Wawa, best food and best customer service. This is my to go place for soups, my favorite soup is Chicken Corn Chowder and obviously for coffee my favorite Mocha Mint Iced Latte or Mocha Mint Iced Coffee. My favorite barista’s name is Ava, she’s kind, friendly, wonderful, polite and know how to prepare the best drinks. They are all good, but Ava goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our orders. Mostly everyone in that store are always smiling and always make us feel welcome. Store is always clean, compare to others I have visited. Always find what we’re looking for and most importantly everything is always fresh. My only suggestion would be for the availability of the soups, for what I see chicken corn chowder is one of the most popular soups, so they should have it ready more often and in more quantities, I have had the experience of ordering it because is showing on the menu and when I go to pick it up they tell me they don’t have it or there’s not enough. They should make sure to check the menu constantly on the website so they don’t have to excuse themselves and we don’t waste our time and gas going there to find out that they don’t have what we order. We love our Wawa!! Update: Even though Ava is no longer there, I’m happy to be helped by Cc, she’s attentive, helpful, answers all my questions without being rude, makes me feel welcome and always has a smile and a great attitude. My favorite current drinks are the Mocha Peppermint ice coffee with vanilla cold foam or Salted Caramel Mocha with cold foam. This Wawa is never disappointing. ♥️

don’t order curbside pickup…placed order through the app for curbside specifically and put my spot # waited near 25 mins and ended up walking in and finding my order there melted…just delete the option for curbside like other stores if you refuse to use it.

Friendly service day and night! I love the staff here they are always friendly. I will say the bathrooms aren’t the greatest but that’s just typical with all wawas. Food is decent enough. You know what you’re getting. Don’t expect a 5 star meal. Also beer cave is always locked and have to ask an employee to open. Understandable as the ne’er-do-wells frequent this realm.

I was here November 26th at around 1am and this african american lady working the food area was very rude and being extra loud shouting across the room to a coworker.Also this lady who looked puerto rican around 40 she was preparing the shakes was also rude and complained about our order when we put it in complaining about her having orders another customer came in and also ordered and she just complained.Very unprofessional and what seems like people that dont want to work.
