I placed an order online to help minimize a wait and give the employees extra time to get an order made. I tried to consider the fact that is was Christmas so played my part to make it as easy as possible. The milkshake was done much sooner than the food was. I politely asked the woman at the coffee/shake area that if the shake melted to essentially water while I waited for the food if I could just get a refund. It was for someone else at home so wouldn’t be drank there. The negative, overtalking, passive threat to cancel my food order on Christmas was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never go to this Wawa again. I feel terrible for anyone who has to deal with such an attitude. Absolute cringe. I’m a big advocate in making positive reviews but this absolutely earned a bad one.

Waited for 25 minutes for a milkshake. Always understaffed. I grew up on Wawa before it was a gas station. It was a good deli. The Wawa in Orange City Florida is the worst Wawa I’ve ever been too. I hope sheets comes down to Florida because Wawa of the past is no more. They’re hoagies are not like they used to be. The hoagie rolls are horrible. Watching them make drinks and then reuse what they just mixed the previous drink in without washing. The staff chit chats more than works.

I have had food here before and it is always great. My complaint is of the service. I am disabled and order delivery all the time, but this time around, they only delivered half my order. The customer service after the fact lacked so much. Jessica from store 5171 did not help whatsoever, even wanted me to come into the store when I can’t even walk and I told her this many times. Every penny is important to me and all I wanted was a large soup. I would never order from here again unless they hire and train for customer service.

This store and staff are horrible. The store and bathrooms are dirty. First thing in the morning and the bathroom is disgusting. No toilet paper. Soap dispenser doesn’t work properly and the sinks don’t always work. Their soda machine seems to go down every other day. The coffee bar is always a mess. They run out of items frequently. They hardly clean the outside tables. They don’t say anything to people that stand near the tables smoking. There is a staff member who attempts to clean the outside tables, but when he does he sprays occupied tables too. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. You’re lucky to be acknowledged. This store sucks. I’d rather drive to the next town over then go to this store.

I messed up my order online. And I didn’t realize that I didn’t add cheese to the whole pizza. When I got home the pizza was burnt but that was my fault because there wasn’t cheese on that side. Without a hesitation they fixed my pizza for me. They did a great job and we’re very kind.

The food is surprisingly good and very inexpensive. I mean, it’s still a gas station, so don’t expect fine dining. However, it’s cheaper than most fast food places with better quality, freshly prepared food.

Hoagie classic roll was supposed to be toasted not petrified. It’s so hard I can’t even bite through it. Had to throw it out. Very disappointed the first time ever, I’ve had a problem with a sandwich at Wawa. Never getting it toasted again. Contacting the manager to let him know. Pic shows just how hard this butter knife is standing up in the hard as .. bread. Luckily I had a sausage roll at home I could transfer the filling onto so I could finally enjoy my dinner. I did speak to mgr, so he could be informed for training purposes. He was once again very friendly & helpful since upon my checkout while in store, my app which I rang up my sandwich thru my app was giving issues. Also troubles for the freebies in app. Overall visit was an experience but I believe this was a fluke plus they were extremely busy as always. Sandwich taste great once I got it on soft bread. Lol. I love Wawa and will be back!!

Used the Tesla charger had to run into the bathroom. I have used this one before and the bathrooms are always garbage. This time I had to take pics. It’s a disgrace and for as much business Wawa should r have a reputation for gross bathroom and they do. They are always filthy.
