So I went last night, on Christmas, to pick up some food. My daughter loved her pepperoni wrap, my partner loved his turkey sub, and I got the wrong sandwich. I always order the Italian with spinach, garlic aioli, and pepperoni. And jalapeno crispies since the pickle ones are gone. I definitely got someone else’s sandwich, and it really was busy as heck in there, so I get it. But boy, was I irritated. My partner was easily able to take my sandwich back today, and get what I wanted. I am currently eating my sammich, and very happy.

Carissa is an absolute angel! I’ve never had such incredible customer service from someone at a Wawa and makes me want to come to this me so much more. I ordered a chicken fajita bowl and she kindly put it in a bigger bowl so I wouldn’t make a mess all over my dress for work when eating in the car. I even walked out before the roll I ordered with it was ready and forgot and she was so kind to run it out to me at my car. 10/10! thank you again Carissa! girly needs a raise!

Kind of annoyed because I asked for a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a little cream cheese for my husband and they gave me an egg and cheese with too much cream cheese. We’ve been stressed as new parents and just wanted a bagel sandwich so this kind of upset us. Just make sure people’s orders are correct…

My mom ordered a quesadilla online and paid for it. I only had to “pick it up.” I got there and there was nothing on the online order rack. So I stand by there counter waiting to be acknowledged. Nothing. I’m used to this at every Wawa. Must be a company policy to ignore customers when you work in the food preparation area. ♂️ Eventually, I asked a lady behind the counter. The employees back there only seemed to care about preparing the food and their conversation. Since they spoke in Spanish, I asked for help in Spanish hoping this might help. It did not. They “looked” and did not see my mom’s order anywhere. I stepped aside and checked to make sure I was at the right Wawa. Once I saw I was, I went back to the food prep counter, which by the way customers kept reaching in and under, grabbing their food and leaving. Must be a something regular customers do. Anyways, I’m at the counter. And a new employee was there. Don’t know where she came from? But she saw me and to my surprise offered assistance. She definitely needs a raise!! I told her what was going on, she looked at orders on their counter. Found mine and gave it to me. So it was there the whole time!! ♂️ She definitely needs a raise!! I didn’t catch her name, but I was there February 13th around noon and she was a slim, black young lady. Thank You to her!! Wawa needs more employees like her. Give her employee of the month and a raise.

The cashier was great but they only had one register open and a line waiting. I ordered a latte and the coffee service was super slow with no sense of urgency. Numerous people waiting for coffee and this was the slowest coffee times I’ve ever experienced at a wawa. The food was ready quick but got cold waiting on the coffee. I’ll never order coffee from here again.

Darlene is amazing, she greets you warmly as soon as you enter. When she is on the food line, you know that your late night snack is in good hands. I’m always impressed and pleased with my experience when she is there. 10/10 recommend

Hate to have to write a review but this place is horrible. I stop here almost daily on my way to work between 5-5:15am. Almost never a cashier working the register. I stood at the counter and watched the cashier completely ignore me and was unboxing some supplies. But this morning Sunday November 16th around 5:30am I ordered a breakfast burrito that’s just under $5. I waited for 10min not a single person working the food area. One lady came from the back with a breakfast sandwich and handed to a customer that just walked in so I’m assuming it was a friend. After almost 15 minutes of being ignored I finally just left and since there was no cashier (surprise) I didn’t bother waiting longer for a refund. Needless to say if it’s early morning don’t bother stopping here!!!

I got a Turkey melt, with literally no turkey on it. I’ve come here before and I’ve never had an issue. But today I came in and paid almost 6 dollars for this sandwich. Disappointed at the service. I came back and let the person who made it for me. Instead of trying to make the customer happy. He told me I can get a refund. I just wanted my sandwich made correctly. But I won’t be coming to this location again.

The only reason I gave this 1 star is the employee smoking in the back under the patio while we were eating. It is a violation of the clean air act. It was disgusting and the smell filled the patio area. Could not finish eating and left.
