Normally, every time I go into a Wawa, have a pretty good experience I got greeted. But for some reason, the cook that works late night always has a mood, he doesn’t greet you and although I don’t mind waiting for my order when I need to go order is being prioritize over in-store orders, I don’t know it just feels wrong, especially if I see them make three orders after I paid for my order, freckle big boy isn’t the nicest and if he doesn’t like working in retail, maybe he should get a job where he doesn’t have to interact with customers

There are a good amount of nice staff, but it feels like evrtime I come in and have to checkout at the counter the person working it is there to prove me wrong. I know people have bad days but if it bleeds into being straight up rude… Hopefully you all get the nice workers

Here getting my coffee fix(hazel nut)and Mr.Gerardo the store associate gave not only me, but all the other customers GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very polite, nice, & work area clean. Hands down for this location always clean and staff very friendly . I have visited many other Wawa’s and for the most part the store was filthy & dirty.

Restroom had no soap or paper to open a door. Yes that’s how you do it to keep your hands clean! So I didn’t dare to buy anything. Charged and gone. Tesla charger is on the back and looks a bit sketchy in a dark. Single camera on a corner of Wawa.

My brother went into this location to make a coffee and ended up not liking it so dumped it out and the manager Nakita tried to charge him for it saying not to “waste her coffee” will definitely not be back at this location.

Manager makes up lies about laws that DO NOT EXSIST just to not have to rectify a cashiers mistake. Then on top of that, makes you wait around while they supposedly search for this non existent law. Ya’ll do not be afraid to stand for what is right! When you ask for or order and it is not correct either they correct it, or give you your money back. Had they not fixed the mistake I would have left and refused the charges for not getting exactly what I asked for.

I’ve made orders on the app to this store multiple times and a lotnof times the items are wrong or the food is not made properly. Also they put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food for delivery. You’re not supposed to do that. Today I made a delivery order for a sizzli a regular redbull and a white peach redbull. The sizzli was fine but both redbulls were sugar free. I called the store and the GM only suggested I drive to the store after I told him I could not drive to the store and I have paid for a delivery. The GM was not able to help aside from telling me I had to come to the store to get it fixed. Why should I have to come to the store when I paid delivery fees for 1 and 2 I had informed you I had no way of driving to the store? The customer service number is not helpful either.
