This is an amazing location as far as quality, deals and they are always stocked up with what you need. Lately I’ve been asking for special requests in the morning for dietary reasons. And I feel kinda bad bugging them because the employees are all working so hard to keep us all happy… But their customer service is impeccable and they don’t even blink an eye and fulfill my request! Oh yeah hey have great gas too! I have an older car and my car always runs great after fueling up here! This place is really busy is the only draw back if you’re introverted like me but still well worth it!!!! Thx guys

The horrible customer service at this location is sad. I went there in my lunch time very short on time. I got one latte. The woman that prepares the handcrafted beverages was chit chatting with another worker. They saw me standing there waiting for my drink. They did not care to take care of the customer at all. I usually have a lot of patience but I was running late. I waited 5 minutes of their chit chatting before I got closer to the table where they leave ready drinks. Another worker saw me and tried to wave at those two trying to get their attention signing there was a customer waiting. They kept talking. Then that same worker went around through the back and waved at them again from the back trying to again call their attention. They couldn’t care less. I got closer to the counter and the woman had the nerve of coming finally and instead of making my drink she asked me with a smart arse attitude; “Do you have a question?” I said so nicely “no, I’m waiting for my drink” Then she started making it. Needless to say I got half cup empty.

New to the area, I had passed Wawa ,only seeing a fueling station and convenience store, but sensed it was more. This morning, I had to set out without coffee or breakfast, and luckily Wawa was in route. I was very impressed at first, with the wide range of choices, and more-so as Dulce, a young lady employee , walked me through the process of making choices utilizing one of the touch-screens to create my own Egg Omelet Bowl . (Delicious !) I noticed that there is a Wawa app that you can download and create an order from your mobile device, too.

This Wawa isn’t too bad but they always mess up the food and drinks. I don’t know if it’s the crew that just doesn’t care about their jobs or customers but they need to just get a whole new crew. Especially in the evening and in food and drinks. The older woman who makes drinks is so rude and mean. And the one man heavy set man always is slow at making food and doesn’t give you what you ordered. I asked for extra cheese on my fries and I only got barely a scoop. Change up your staff then maybe I’ll give it another try.

For the second time I’ve placed a curbside order. I park by the window watching the person put the two items in a bag. She and a coworker talk, she goes in the back meantime the bag sits on the counter. No one ever brings my online order out. If you can’t do curbside donot offer it. I saw an employee lady kick an elderly lady out of the eating area outside at the tables yesterday, for literally no reason. I was parked in front eating, watched the lady arrive and sit, have a cigarette didn’t bother anyone, when some psycho-acting employee came out asking her if she has a car or is waiting on a ride and kicked her out. That lady is a regular customer. I was about to fill my gas tank, but after seeing that? I went to Circle K instead. Who does that to the elderly? This place does

I am from Philadelphia. Where Wawa was created I just ordered a hoagie As for salt, pepper or oregano, hot sweet peppers Absolutely none of it was on it. It’s still like the worst thing I’ve ever Had. In Philadelphia Wawa, everybody knows how to make a hoagie This right here was blind. I paid for stuff that I never got.
