Denise was extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for a Panini sandwich. My sandwich came with some extra wet toppings (per my request) Denise called my order number. I kindly requested a bag for my order and she rudely stated there were no bags in her area. I proceeded to ask her for one of the brown bags that they use in the food area and she rudely stated that she couldn’t give me a bag for my order because those particular bags are used for Uber Eats “to go” orders. She instructed me to go back up front to the register and request a bag from the cashier. I’m a paying customer that requested to be accommodated with a simple bag for my food order and your food service representative refused to extend that service to me. Furthermore, you all should have sandwich bags for these food orders. I personally do not like the way WaWa serves sandwiches in a box without a bag. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

If I could zero star them I would. The people who work here are some of the laziest I’ve ever met. Got a curbside? It’ll either be wrong or missing items, and that’s if you don’t have to go in to get it yourself. 20 minutes after waiting for the order to show, we decided to go get it. Only to see most of the employees standing at the coffee bar talking, and giggling like the useless children they are, oh this included the MOD. Meanwhile the 2 employees that were working, were so far buried they couldn’t move. Do better wawa. Or hire some real managers that actually care about customer service. Pathetic.

This location is fairly new (as of December 2019), but the staff and service are already doing well. Like most locations, it is well-lit, clean and full of convenient options for food and drink.
I also enjoy the fact that everything is so clearly labeled, from the pump numbers to the type of fuel to which cans are for trash and which are for recycling.
The one drawback is that it can be difficult to get in and out of, depending on which direction you’re going and what time of day it is.
All in all, a nice place to stop for gas and a snack!

I placed an order online My husband went to go pick it up. He gave them my name that wasn’t enough he gave them the order number they still couldn’t find it So finally I called up there to figure out what happened to my order and they’re like oh it was sitting on the rack they could have just told my husband that instead they said they didn’t have it needless to stay I never got my order I didn’t figure this out to an hour after he was supposed to pick it up I don’t want cold food at that point y’all can keep it and just give me my money back. I always have issues on the mobile app Don’t ever use the mobile app it’s garbage and none of the employees know how to work and none of the employees can give you any instructions if there’s problems with the mobile app I would advise anybody not to use it if you want to place an order you need to go in and let them see you face to face because anything outside of that it’s too complicated for them and they’re too busy to help you appropriately

Went in to order breakfast I didn’t want egg on quesadillas tried to let the girl making food know she totally ignored me even when I asked while she was making it.. nope come out with nasty egg and I have never had a quesadillas come out looking like this!!

I LOVE WAWA! I’m so glad this location has opened. The food is great…as good as any fast food restaurant. It’s clean AND well staffed with friendly employees and I noticed the other gas stations have dropped their price to match WAWA’s price per gallon. They also have ethanol free gas. Competition is good. Keep up the great work.

Just want to give a huge shot out to the General manager Terrance. made a curbside order. Ended up having to go into the store to get the order , which they said was picked up by a friend of mine. Which I assumed it was my coworker. I spent my whole lunch break trying to get the food. heading back to the hospital The employee who ordered with me in fact, did not pick up the food. I called right away and Terrence squared it away. Not only did he remake the order but delivered it to the hospital!! Great service recovery thank you so much
