The only reason I gave this the stars the way I did is because there is probably three employees total in that store that care about their job. I order coffee online every single morning. Dainsley and Lex I’ve never had an issue with my coffee. It always tastes just like it’s supposed to. And a bright smile in the morning can completely turn your day around. But when the chick with the bright red lipstick, her name starts out with like Ty something. The caramel is always stuck to the side and when I ask her to stir it, she dips the spoon in and never even touches the sides of the cup. I now know when the two girls aren’t working in the kitchen, I just have to go to Middleburg location. The only reason I come to the Orange Park store is because of the girls in the beverage side. If I was rating this to NOT include the one that keeps messing up my coffee, it would probably be fives across the board. But wasting time and money is not something that I’m a fan of. Also having it not made the right way really messes up my morning bc it makes the coffee taste like ish, And then I’m having to stop somewhere else to get a correct coffee made. It really is ridiculous!

DONT COME FOR FOOD!! I wasnt going to make a review but this is the 3rd time in a row at this location. I’m done with Wawa in general. I came here for a quick snack and last 3 times I have been here for 20+ minutes waiting for a snack wrap and the second time I’ve had to get a refund because I get so damn irritated watching this crew walk around like their at home looking for something to do. Not to mention last time they shorted me 2 meatballs and waited 13 minutes to tell me the fries would take an additional 10 minutes if I still wanted them.. it’s like watching a middle school ISSP special class hangout.

As another post said…don’t come here for food! Came for a sub that was charged to my account, and didn’t make it to the store somehow…had to call an 800 number because NOONE in the store could do something as simple as look into the system to see what the issue was…waited on hold outside in my truck for 30 mins to be told by customer service that an issue with the system caused the order to be stuck in limbo, and I’d have to wait 5-7 days for my refund of a whopping 8 bucks…meanwhile being treated as if I’m trying to lie and scam my way into a free 8 dollar sandwich …trash employees and trash service will NOT be back!!!

Very nice! Friendly employees, good prices and free parking spots. Sometimes you need to wait a little for a beverage but it’s all worth it because it tastes AMAZING!!

I’m so glad Florida has Walla Walla now I missed it from up North I love this place their coffee is amazing their food is amazing I miss their Hoagies people down here. Probably don’t know what they are but they’re very good they’re basically sandwiches but Triumph they’re very good their chicken is excellent clean stores good prices on gas good gas clean restrooms and you can be in and out really quickly!
