Usually the atmosphere is good but yesterday I was served with an unfamiliar face ( an older African American woman who I was told was the MANAGER ‼️) Her attitude was cold which is not the norm for my Brunswick Wawa. I ordered a hoagie with extra butter. I got served burned bread with a glob of butter . Her being the manager she knew better. In the past I have been given a croissant sandwich with egg and burnt , ordered meatballs and got less than what I paid for. I am a friendly person and I like friendly and polite customer service. I’m spending my hard earned money is that too much to ask???? Not all the employees are rude there are some amazing employees as well ❣️ . I just feel some employees need to take pride in their work and if they can’t accomplish that find another job!

I was surprised when I came in tonight (Friday) & found I was the only customer. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich at the kiosk, & waited 10-15 minutes. When I noticed there was no one in the kitchen prep area but 4 people idly chatting at the registers, I asked for an immediate refund. They were quick to refund my purchase & seemingly happy to see me out the door. I must have interrupted their social time, but it wasn’t intentional. I recommend posting a sign to let the customers know when they’re not welcome. This won’t be the last time I eat at WaWa, but it will no longer be my first choice.

Ordered at the kiosk a sausage biscuit with cheese. Waited probably 20 mins while the 3 people behind the counter were joking with each other. They call my number, I grab my breakfast and drive away. It was very good but not what I ordered. A biscuit top and a piece of sausage. No bottoms! 2 of them, same thing.

The personnel is amazing and so courteous! There is a wide variety of ice cream, drinks and chips. Bakery delivers fresh daily, I bought a donut to confirm Coffee is good first day today all self serve coffee is free!

I am from Wawa country. This store was sooooounlike the Wawas in PA. The cappachino machine would not work properly. Went to the soda machine, no cups only small and extra large. Dirty counter. No sauce for the fried cheese sticks. Seems like they were really down on their inventory. Someone needs to visit this store and shake it up a little!!!

I LOVED the Wawa shorti deal. The sandwich was 10/10 bussin. My friend got the Galaxy energy drink, jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel, and a warm cookie. She thought it was amazing. We plan to return soon.

I have been to the new Wawa establishment multiple times. However, the last seven attempts at trying to order mashed potatoes, they are never available. It doesn’t matter what time of day. And when I asked a representative this evening about the mashed potatoes, in a very snotty way I was told that if you don’t see them on the menu, then I must not have them. She never made eye contact with me and I actually had to ask her to repeat it because her head was down and I could not hear her. Not only did I receive poor customer service but I would love to know what’s going on that for two weeks now or at least 10 days there hasn’t been any mashed potatoes. I typically order these for someone that has no teeth and cannot chew and she really likes them from this establishment. Wawa, I hope you can do better in the future.

Revised: Unfortunately, this is the worst run Wawa I’ve ever seen. I don’t believe it’s a result of the people that work there because, the people that are working there seem to be the same three people that are always there. They need a raise and more help! Corporate Wawa needs to open the pocketbook and pay to get good help to keep them people that are working there!
Buc-ees has very good consistent service with the same labor pool.
When you consider the crowds that flooded this store on the second day, the team did a great job! Wawa’s are always consistent and their hoagies (subs) are awesome.
