Ordered a Chipoltle Chicken Panini at the kiosk no problems at all. After paying for my sandwich at the self service checkout, waited for a very quick 5 minutes and got my sandwich. It was great quality and I have no complaints.

I went to the WaWa on South Ga Parkway today to give them a try, but didn’t know what to order, so Mrs Tip the young lady behind the drink counter suggested a few drinks but I ended up trying the Cookies and Creme Smoothie and it was delicious. She was very polite, friendly, and this young lady definitely knows her drinks!! I will be back!! I crown Mrs Tip the best Barnstable in town!!!

I recently had a horrible experience with the cashier Chrissy. She was very rude and condescending. Her body language was very demeaning and disrespectful. I, myself made a mistake and ordered the wrong items. When getting to the register we wanted to return the items and reorder them, changing form of payment- she blew as if she was annoyed by the help I needed. She then called on Jesus as to let me know she did not desire to assist. She then went to the office to get an approval for the return, letting me know she had already applied the exchange but I insisted I wanted to return the items; as this was my preference, when she returned she being making comments over the earpiece and laughing with other staff.
I requested to speak with a manager regarding the situation and Jasmin FB Manager came out and heard my concerns, she apologized for Chrissy’s behavior and I was also made aware, this is common for this employee to receive complaints.
I made Jasmin aware it was not the food, the food and staff in the kitchen is awesome, we are locals and order frequently. But the character of the cashier is disgusting and if it is ongoing someone should make some changes from placing this employee with customers.
There were some great points to this interaction –
Krissy (red hair)the supervisor was a great support and very friendly. As well as Jasmine who handled my concerns. I applaud them for a job well done in their departments.

Now Wawa…count y’all days!!! I ordered the French toast with bacon and omg look at the size of this mini French toast with 3 pieces of bacon for almost $6! I’m done Wawa..fr this doesn’t make no sense how small this dry French toast is! Let me not forget to mention it doesn’t taste like French toast I also got a medium side of mashed potatoes & honestly..they’re ok!

When I went to get my coffee this morning I wasn’t greeted by my favorite employee Tanya Causey. I find out that a customer made her lose her job. That customer was wrong and I have witnessed the same customer being rude. To think someone has to be verbally abused just to keep a job. You need to reconsider your decision because it’s hard getting people with great customer service and Tanya has that. So customers now know they can come to your establishment and do whatever just for a few dollars. You will not last long here like that. Circle K don’t mind asking customers to leave and that’s why they keep their stores busy. This is Waycross and these people think they can handle you any kind of way, but we’re no longer going for that.

Let me start off by saying the WaWa on South Georgia parkway is my favorite!! Most of the staff is always friendly and upbeat. My favorite part of my trip to this location is for the drinks!! I usually try different drinks out, but this one young lady named Tip recommended The Mermaid and I fell in love. The drink is really tasty and gives me the right burst of energy that I needed. I think Mrs Tip made it with love!!

Got a quick breakfast, sausage burrito tasted ok, but precooked chicken strips for a chicken biscuit and ordered a French toast bowl with egg and bacon and my husband said it tasted really gross. . Self serve ice coffee was pretty good. It’s also pretty expensive for what little bit you get.
