Lex and staff were super welcoming and friendly. Came from Charlotte NC to Lumberton NC for the Gobbler bowls. We ordered 12 and they had them ready for us when we got there. They are Thanksgiving in a bowl. We got one sweet potato instead of mashed and it was just as good! Worth the trip.

Stopped here on a long drive and man this Wawa saved my day fr. Gas was cheap compare to everywhere else and store was super clean. Grabbed a hoagie and coffee, both was fire. Staff chill and fast even tho it was busy. Def gonna stop here again next time I pass Lumberton.

The WORST Wawa I’ve ever been to and I’ve been coming to Wawas ever since I was a teen.
Horrible attitudes by the cashier Jessica who didn’t even want to assist me in the first place as she continued stocking the pasties when approaching the counter. It was a whole ordeal over a sandwich and even bigger one applying the promotion on a latte! Everything irritated her which I understand as it’s early morning but do better. She even has the nerve to discuss the situation with a coworker while I was waiting on my drink.
Sandwich was done before my drink because the drink person was talking to her coworker even when she saw me waiting!!! If her coworker hadn’t said something I’d still be waiting on my drink now. The entire experience had me in the store for at least 15 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese hoagie and a matcha latte….
This was a horrible experience and I will be speaking further with corporate.

I’ve had several negative experiences here recently. Each time I stop at the gas pumps, I’m approached by individuals asking for money. On one occasion, after giving someone $3 to help out, they became argumentative and said it wasn’t enough, which made the situation uncomfortable.
This location is clearly a well-built and maintained store, but the repeated encounters at the pumps make it feel less safe and welcoming for customers. Adding security or better monitoring around the gas area could help improve the overall customer experience.

What can I say, I am a fan. Wawa is a great business and if there is not one close to you…. travel. So Lumberton has a new Wawa. Another beautiful, clean stop, with excellent food for travelers or the community. This is the only business where we can find Old Bay cheese curls. So today was a double purpose trip…..visit a new Wawa and get some Old Bay snacks for the super bowl party. A surprise added touch, as we were leaving three Canadian geese did a fly over. Now who can top that advertisement.

Took 2 stars off for the food because my hoagie roll was toasted too dark and the cold well you guys use to store the produce is definitely too cold! My tomatoes were frozen I work in food service so I get it happens and it’s actually an issue my job has been having lately with our tomatoes. i’m not one to make a huge fuss over food, i’ll eat it i’m on a road trip anyways. Clean store and spacious compared to a lot of other Wawas i’ve been in which feel crammed.

Food not up to Wawa standard. We ordered five sandwiches and every one was wrong in some way. They literally gave us a sandwich with just cheese and lettuce, no meat. (The meat was on one of the other sandwiches) We ordered ahead but the food was also late. Very disappointed. We always look for Wawa for food on the road but won’t be back to this one.
