Nice, never been here before. I’ve never even heard of the establishment, but my daughter recommended it, overall not bad, I mean it felt like another version of Sheetz honestly. But, the coffee was good, fuel good price, I didn’t get any of the food though, I hear it’s good. Should build more locations perhaps?

Now open! This is their first store in NC and I’m glad they’re here. Their gas price today was $3.29–about the same as other gas stations along the bypass. I’m hoping they can give us better prices soon! We love their sandwiches to order and they were very busy at lunchtime today—so I just got some already made and checked out. They tasted fresh and were delicious! Plenty of employees working, nicely stocked shelves, nice and roomy aisles and lots of gas pumps. Nice central location, just across from the new Target.

Great addition to the Outer Banks! The food ordering system is so efficient and easy! The food is fresh, hot and ready quickly. The staff was so helpful and kind! They seemed to be enjoying their jobs! The smoothies are so good! The Mac n cheese was creamy and good. The southwest sub bowl is great and has alot of meat in it. Excited to try more new things. Lots of parking and easy access!

I will never come back to this Wawa. Connie is apparently the manager of the store. All I can say is WOW. Corporate needs to do better. I had a concern with how she was talking to one of the young ladies behind the deli; it’s very unprofessional for someone her age to talk down about their employees in-front of customers. No wonder the store runs the way it does.

This is just full Wawa hate review because people want to compare it to sheetz but it doesn’t stand close. Food sub par. The workers are nice and all but this isnt about them. I am from Philly and love Wawa since I grew up with them. I was so excited they made it to NC this year so this is the first location I’ve visited. Was very underwhelmed. Gas was cheaper elsewhere, outside of store was not clean, store was similarly messy and had a huge gaping empty space in the middle where it seemed like coolers and other shelf units were missing. But the worst was they had no Tastykakes of any sort! The Wawa’s in Florida and Virginia may not carry the whole line but will have a select few items and some of the baked pies. None here. Expected a lot more from a practically new store. Very disappointed.

Ordered something for pick up on the mobile app that they don’t actually carry at the store… and foolishly paid in advance. 1st of all, this shouldn’t be possible, but more importantly, THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE ITEM!!! They left a note telling me to use the app to get a refund, but, the app doesn’t have this option. The only option is to email customer service and wait to hear back. This is 2025 Wawa, figure it out!
