We visited this new business today. It is another win for Wawa in North Carolina. The store was exceptionally clean, well stocked with a variety of offerings, and the staff were friendly, well trained and helpful. I ordered the new grilled chicken and fries. It is a very tasty sandwich especially if you build it your way.

Placed my order on line went to pick it up and nothing i put on my food was added, I ordered a club sandwich, it wasn’t cut in half, wasn’t toasted, no mayo,nothing I had requested. They only had one person working but it still no excuse when my order came across his screen so he knew EXACTLY what to put up there. Do you even know how big of a thing this is? Wawa from the great State of PA is a wonderful company. I’ve been to Wawa’s in PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and FL.
The quality of their premade products are amazing. Now I have had some off experiences with how prepared food comes out. But I truly feel that is a reflection of where you might be and who’s working there.
Never. And I mean never have I had a bad experience at a Wawa in PA. People who work for the company in it’s State of origin take it as a point of pride to work there. I hope Wawa comes to my area.
Crystal was a joy and so helpful. My food was fantastic and I got my peanut chews. Clean and open. Vibrant and wonderful.

I placed an order for a meatball sub and a BLT ranch wrap at 7. At 7:40 I asked for an update and the employee Mike said that it was on another employees screen and would be made soon. At 8:20 the wrap was made but my meatball sub was still missing so I asked a different employee where it was. He goes and asks Mike where it is and Mike informs him that they were out of meatballs the whole time. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the sub but the lack of communication was very disappointing. It was christmas which is why I was patient with the workers and the time it took to make the orders, but a busy restaurant is no excuse for the lack of communication that I recieved.

The Goldsboro locations need to get training from the NJ or VA Wawa’s that’s been open for a long time. THEY DO NOT MAKE WAWA SUBS LIKE HOW WAWA SUBS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE! This is Wawa not SHEETZ! Fill the subs with meat! Making these tiny unfilled subs is NOT how Wawa’s that have been opened a very long time make them! PLEASE IMPROVE

We’re frequent visitors as this is one of our only options for stopping after a busy day of work. We realize working so late at night could be tough and we wanted to show our gratitude for one of the cashiers Pia. Shes always super attentive and helpful while we’re there.
