On a recent trip to Farmville, to visit SSA, I was over the moon surprised to see a first of its kind to this area Wawa location! My wife and I immediately pulled in, parked and proceeded inside for our usual cup of coffee. We were greeted with a very clean, organized, fully stocked and lots of space to move about without feeling crowded inside. The coffee was freshest we had ever tasted and had the pleasure of pouring at any Wawa location in the state of VA from Stafford to RVA! Outstanding job, Wawa of Farmville!! Outside the parking lot and surrounding areas are very well kept. The view, during the day, as you exit around the building is breathtaking!! A definite photo op moment as the overlooking valley in the background show off and bid you adieu, as you go on your way! If you’re in the Farmville area and love Wawa, this location is not to be passed by!

I went to WaWa to cash in a lottery ticket. I had called earlier that day and was told the process. When I arrived and told the cashier, she immediately said “I don’t have that much in my register..I can call my manager and she can cash it..all in $5 bills” I told her that would be ok..Well, when the manager came out..she proceeded to count the money out to me..The ticket was for $290..She said, with somewhat of an attitude..”This is $90 and these two rolls are $100 each” She never even bothered to count out each “roll”..Thank God that it was correct..I had to ask for my exchange ticket, as I had more than one play on that ticket..When I asked for the part of the ticket that states “Congratulations You Have Won”.., the cashier told me that they had to keep that!!..Why would they need to keep that part, that clearly states my winnings? I never had a problem getting this, anywhere else..as this part of the ticket is like a receipt of winnings..Neither the cashier nor the manager had knowledge of how to treat a customer Especially a customer that has knowledge of how a winning ticket is cashed..

Just like any new establishment, it takes some time to work out the kinks and train new people. All the bad reviews are probably just people who have never had to work customer service in their life and have nothing better to do with their time. This Wawa is a great addition to FarmVille and I know tons of LU students were so excited to get one. All the employees are super nice and inviting and everything I’ve ordered has been perfectly fine. I don’t mind waiting a little longer because it’s new and I know how to plan out my day without putting that burden on random customer service workers. Very happy there is a Wawa in town. Keep up the great work!
P.S please never get rid of the Walter Goosemen. He makes my day, everyday.

The egg, cheese and bacon croissant was prepared fast and accurate. The Colombian coffee was is a medium roast coffee that is just right for the morning with plenty of add on items like Milk, flavored creamers and non-sugar items. Croissant and medium coffee were $9.43, which is a bit more than MCDONALD’S, BK, but on par with Dunking pricing model. Will I return for breakfast? Not so often as almost $10 for breakfast is a bit much fir what you get at WAWA.

Stopped in for a pit stop. Ordered food, visited restrooms, etc. Accustomed to Sheetz and was disappointed with food offerings, fresh and packaged. Coffee was bitter. Will avoid WaWa if possible.

Amazing staff. I couldn’t place an order online with Sheetz or get through on the phone. Wawa answers on the first ring and directed me towards a delicious breakfast. Thank you Wawa! I will be a repeat customer and no longer a “Sheetz Freak”!

I am so happy that Wawa has opened in Farmville. I grew up on Wawa hoagies and also love their coffee. The service was excellent and food and drink were wonderful.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would… i ordered a sandwich and a roll for curbside pickup. get there, waited around 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time, only to have an employee come out and tell me they were out of chicken. he didn’t even seem to know exactly what type of chicken they were out of and asked me to come in and let them know what i wanted for a replacement. i went in, found out it was the roasted chicken they were out of, so i asked for the same sandwich with chicken steak. i waited again around 30 minutes inside, before i FINALLY got my food. the roll was cold and hard, and the sandwich was very lackluster and disappointed seeing as it wasn’t what i ordered… it also seemed like someone shook up my sandwich box before giving it to me seeing as the top pieces were halfway off the sandwich and the lettuce and tomato were all over.
it’s totally unacceptable, no matter how busy you are, that you are making customers wait over an hour for a simple sandwich. keeping track of what items you are low on is not hard.
whoever is managing this place needs to get their head on straight and learn how to better manage stock, orders, and employees. if you consistently sell out of roasted chicken, maybe it’s a good idea to keep more in your walk in 🙂
sheetz is just all in all better than this place in terms of quality and service, and i have never waited more than 15 minutes there, even when busy.
i hope that a regional manager or corporate will see all of these unsatisfied customers and do something about it.

So far I’ve really loved having a wawa in Farmville. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and helpful. The hot and ready food has been excellent and the line seems to move pretty fast even with super busy. Great job wawa employees!

It’s wawa, but all the m and ms were scattered across the shelf, not in a cohesive order. Wawa why?
