Anyways, when I arrived the sandwich was already done and packaged nicely. Once I went to eat it, it was horribly made. It was lacking cranberry sauce, literally didn’t see or taste very much. And the 10 inch classic roll was not even cut. And of course I don’t have a knife at work that can cut through it. So the sandwich was extremely messy. I just ended up not eating it.
I shocking purchases some frito honey bbq twists and why were the twists in the bag burnt?
I will just stick to the Wawa closer to me next time and just wait for them to offer the Gobbler at lunch time. That’s the issue is this location offers the gobbler all day. Other locations just offer it for lunch and dinner. So we’re stuck with this location if you’re not close to a Wawa at lunch.
I am very upset because when I spoke with the general. Manager…I stated all necessary information only to be lied to…When I initially stated that I would stop in.The General Manager Kathleen state that it would be fine .She then lie to Nicky saying she never spoke with Me. This was so unprofessional. If they had updated the app when items are out of stock.I would never have ordered it in the first place .However I paid for them all…I now have to go through the app .If I was inform thus when I spoke with the ” General Manager Kathleen” I would handle it then . I was told a lie twice by the General Manger & Nicky bad representation of Customer Service. This was a waste of my time, money & if I was never given accurate information from the start This is a bad representation of a General Manager to lie to customer after they have spent their hard earn money.I know We all make mistakes but when a customer ask You something & You say I will handle it …. & I quote ” I am the General Manager Kathleen I will handle it don’t worry , ask for my first , last name , phone number , stated she would leave a note fpr the night shift to put this aside, then ask for what were the items. She give Me her name like she was going do it ….to just lie.smh.I am writing this review because to be lie to while making a promise …….never following through .Where is the accountability ….as a General Manager I help no one eaxh has to be treated this poorly. The other young lady called her to verify what I stated after what she had intially stated.I know everyone has a busy life. However if You say You going do something follow through if You cant or things changes be honest….My time is too valuable to be waste on lies … I dont have money to waste either especially when this could been handle professionally by the General Manager & Her team.I dont do Wawa that much .I will go spend my money elsewhere….Moral of the story if You say it….Then do it.If it is not…. Something that can Be Done…..Say That .Dont lie….Have a great day
Naturally, we were shocked and confused. The cashier then told the manager that my sister had already paid for her items at her register. The manager then looked at us with a surprised Pikachu face. At this point, she was clearly embarrassed, so she asked my sister what else she put in her bag. Turns out it was a survey slip that the cashier gave her. Once the manager realized that she was totally wrong, she started rambling to us about how the police had been at the store all day because of theft, as if that somehow excuses profiling our family.
We weren’t there for very long, and my sisters never left the store because they were waiting for me, so the manager could have easily checked the cameras to confirm her “suspicions” before approaching us in line and accusing someone of theft in front of everyone.
This was an extremely demeaning and embarrassing experience for my young sister, first and foremost, and for our family as well. Thankfully, the police were not involved, which would have made the situation even more stressful for us, especially since no theft actually occurred.
I will also share these concerns with the appropriate corporate contacts. Learn to look before you leap, and don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions based on whatever assumptions you may have about people.
I arrived just before my order was supposed to be ready. After a few minutes of waiting, I saw what I was pretty sure was my food being made (I was right). The guy made the food, put it in the containers, and set it to the side. After another 5 minutes, he put the containers in the bag, sealed the bag, and set it to the side. He never called a number.
After about 5 minutes, I asked if it was my order. They told me to be patient. So I waited. After 45 minutes. I said I think my order had been skipped. They checked. They were confused for a bit and eventually found the bag and gave me my food that had been ready for a long time.
Of course the food was cold. And it was wrong. But I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Frustrating.
