Service is as disappointing as ever. WARNING NEVER TO GET DELIVERY HERE. ONLY SHOW UP IN PERSON TO NOT BE STOLEN FROM. Delivery option everyone plays the blame game. It’s the delivery drivers fault says the employees/manager with no help or resolve and hangs up on you like a child unable to handle any issues or conflict. Manager Caitlin was disrespectful and takes no accountability for her store consistent pore quality of service, food and missing items (Even with curbside pick up). Driver blames store for not giving them all the food. While store blames driver for not receiving all of the food. Meanwhile as a consumer you are out of the money for said missing item. Everyone gets to wash there hands of the problem. Call the help center just for them to send you an email stating they wolnt give you a full refund for an item that was not given to you…..disgusting customer service is a constant at this wawa.
