I had a wonderful experience at this store. Wafaa assisted me, and her service truly stood out. She greeted me with a warm smile and was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a great experience.

to the register lady that was there tonight on duty 01/28/26 she was really rude to me first of all thinking i was a child when im not and didnt bag our stuff.
she was being nice to her own race walling up but when we showed up it was let me look at the Ids and stated there alot of ppl who steal but did not do that to other people in line

Food service workers should not be chatting so much over people’s food especially without wearing any face covering. Ordered a sandwich from this location, and it was so much loud chatter and laughing over my and so many other customers food, and it was quit alarming. While waiting a gentleman even asked the women to please stop speaking so much over his food, and their reply was “Sir we’re here for hours, we can talk if we want, your food will be aight.” Unprofessional is what you call it. When you are in the food industry, speaking over customers food while preparing it, is very unsanitary. This location needs to be do better with their training and practices.

The Wawa app glitched out and made two separate orders and charged me twice , I called to the store and the manager I believe he was named Michael or Marcus or something like that was really awesome about it and fixed the situation for me . A lady remembered me calling the store or maybe he told them and when I got there I didn’t have to explain anything . Neways they were nice !

Wish I could get delivery elsewhere. I ordered 3 drinks and each one completely wrong. I always have something wrong with a delivery order. This is the last time I do delivery from Wawa until someone at this location gets fired for not reading simple english. I left a very nasty complaint with corporate. I can clearly read that I ordered 3 Zero Gatorades. And how do you get one of the flavors completely wrong!?!? That cherry is complete toilet water. I would never get that flavor no matter what.

Was passing by and I figured I would stop in. Clean bathroom, at least for the men’s. At 930 in the morning super crowded. Breakfast sandwich’s are awesome and my food came right out with no problem. However I ordered a milkshake, was told the machine was down. Super let down by that. Other than that excellent experience.

Stopped in today to use my rewards coupon! Got a free coke slurpee & bought a cream cheese pretzel. The pretzel was a little bit harder then I’d usually like. But it was still good. Definitely recommend trying them if you havent already 🙂

This is the only wawa I know that turns their app ordering off for drinks almost every night just every night after 10 o’clock and I don’t understand why is there something that’s normal or should they not be doing this? Only if your short staffed. I had a pick up for tonight and was notified 3 minutes prior to pick up it was canceled. When going to ask the associate who was making drinks at that time and she said they weren’t making drinks tonight. I tried ordering on the screens inside and no drinks were available at all. Just want management to know bc I own a business and sometimes the higher up people aren’t aware unless people like me make ot known.
