The manager, Justin, engages in unprofessional interactions with the staff. By that I mean, he participates in petty, inappropriate banter with his staff. I’ve actually heard him and the older lady with blonde locks make offensive, unnecessary comments about customers. I would expect more maturity from people in their position, but this is what I’v observed. I will be contacting the corporate office.

I just visited this location this evening (12/23/24) to get a BLT and some fries. First, the workers were too busy conversing and joking to be worried about my order. I am all for the comradery, but when you have a customer waiting, come on now. The talking and joking continued while she was preparing my order.
Second, when I got home and opened up my sandwich, I found out that I was given a BL no T.
Lastly, the fries tasted like they were cooked twice.

Very disappointed with this location. It use to be my favorite but within the last few months it’s been horrible from the food, to the customer service and now even down to my specialty coffee drinks. Today done another mobile order for 2 subs plus 2 orders of the fries and a honey bun for my husband. Was suppose to be ready by 4:25pm I got there at 430pm in a lyft car amd my order wasn’t even ready. Upon getting home my fries weren’t in the bag and I called the store to speak to a manager and got a very rude woman on the phone amd said to call corperate!!! Wow. Now not to mention im sick off the steak amd cheese sub and believe I have food poisoning and the sub was like it was just dropped in a deep fryer then taken straight out amd wrapped in paper. Been trying to call corperate but having no luck. Best amd believe I will not be going back to this location EVER!!!! ILL just continue to go to the one at the airport where they are friendly amd my orders are right amd on time amd I’ve never gotten sick there!!!

Wawa has pizza! It was surprisingly delicious. The cheese tasted fresh, it was hot and melty. The crust wasn’t overly thick. The crust had some char which was tasty. With the prices of frozen pizzas in the grocery store, this is much better.

They took forever with my food. And I get to work and do my morning duties before I sit to eat and this is what I open my bag to. Moldy bread. The bacon I received was basically raw and undercooked as well. Please LOOK at what you’re giving people before you serve them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I always have complications when coming to this Wawa.

Visiting from FL, this Wawa is clean (especially the bathrooms which is important), and the staff are nice. The food was prepped promptly as well, and just as ordered. The only thing missing is the upbeat vibes. Other wawas I have been to have always been upbeat with high energy, and this wawa is just…….blah. lol Other than that, my sandwich was great, as always.

Great Wawa! Clean, well-stocked, and easily accessed from the main road. And as always, the staff were friendly and outgoing. We were from out of state, and seeing the usual Wawa lineup was comforting. Even the bathrooms were clean!
