I am writing about an incident that happened at your Wawa store around 3/8/2026 at 11:15 PM. I waited in line to ask hershey the employee to unlock the beer cooler door. There were several people in front of me and I waited my turn.
When it was my turn, the employee loudly told me to “get out of the way” and began helping the customer behind me instead. I calmly asked again if the door could be opened, but the employee acted as if I was not there.
When I asked to speak with the manager, the employee raised her voice and said she was not going to serve me. The manager Rachel came over told me they don’t lock the door no more she lie because the door is always lock. but then She did not attempt to resolve the situation or open the door and simply stated that the employee was not going to serve me.
This happened in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing. I felt disrespected after waiting in line and asking a simple question.

Went here for a quick stop with my friends. I had never been to a Wawa and they kept raving about how for a gas station, their food was good so I was excited. It was about 12AM, my friend pumped some gas while the rest of us went to the bathroom. The women’s bathroom left everything to be desired. What a mess! I had to wait for the only other stall to be vacant as the one that was, was full of paper and other stuff.
We came out and ordered food, I had a steak and cheese, so did one of my other friends as he said they are usually very good. Keyword, usually because not this time. My steak and cheese was dry and I could not find the cheese I requested.
Overall, the store was clean, it was busy, a lot of people in the parking lot that were just parked there. Not sure I’d be going back, at least not to this location.

Walked in hoping to get a milkshake and walked right out… I felt smothered by the amount of people in line to use one kiosk to place their order. I needed to get gas but I’ll spend my money at a store that isn’t so trashy. This one definitely ain’t up to par with any Wawa I’ve been to.

Cashier waited on people before me that were not in line. Bathroom was dirty and run down. Food was made poorly. This place is a great way to ruin Wawa’s good reputation.

I just left the Wawa and ordered a cappuccino. It’s already an expensive drink served in a small cup. But they only fill the cup 2/3 of the way. Actually that’s being generous because the top 1/3 of the cup is the widest part of the cup, which means I’m probably only getting about 55 to 60 percent of what I paid for. The rest of the cup is full of foam. I noticed it when I realized how far I had to tip the cup up in order for anything to come out. I think the employees might need to reflect on how they would feel if they went somewhere and paid for an expensive drink and only got just over half of what they paid for. This was a damper on my morning but I’m going to try to maintain a positive attitude.

As a Lyft driver I’m on the road a lot and I do appreciate a Wawa and the fact that there are 24 hours. But I also have an electric vehicle which I stopped to charge. I just wonder why no one has thought since these drivers who have to charge their vehicles for 2 hours at a location, maybe it would be nice to have a trash can near the charging stations or the ability to clean your windshield. Trying to clean out my car just while I’m waiting the 2 hours was not pleasant I walked the entire parking lot to find two windshield squeegees both of which were not in any fluid I use the restroom inside and found no toilet paper in the women’s restroom feminine hygiene products hanging out of the boxes. Just all around I was pretty dissatisfied with choosing Wawa to charge my electric vehicle.

This particular WAWA #5336 is absolutely unprofessional and provided extremely poor customer service. I ordered from Door Dash and the first time I ordered breakfast and a sub @458am, I didn’t receive my order until 0710am! Two of the dashers cancelled my order because the wait was ridiculous insane and I had to wait for a 3rd dasher to pick up my order. Now, I Door Dashed again for lunch and I didn’t pick this location of course not but Door Dash did and WAWA allowed the dasher to pickup the order and it was a 2 bag order. The bad I received was not marked 1 of 2 and I didn’t receive my food but I received my drink and chips. When I called to speak with someone the lady was bubbly as first but wanted to argue me down when I told her that my order was missing my sub. She told me no it wasn’t and the order is right here I’m looking at and it wasn’t picked up yet. I said ma’am the dasher picked up my order already but nobody told them it was two bags and she began to over talk me. I wanted to know about the process and if I put the order back in can I get my first sub. She told me no you gotta go through door dash but she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence to say door dash offered me the option to have the order remade and sent back out because I didn’t take the credit I just wanted my food. Of course this associate never used her name during this rude and unprofessional encounter so I can’t write it on this review! She said why would we give you something for free if you already got reimbursed but I tried to cut in and correct her but I couldn’t get a word in. So, I ended the call frustrated and disappointed with the poor customer service I received and just took the credit and paid for my order to be remade and delivered. It’s crazy because I’m just hungry on my break and wanted a sub to eat that’s all!

Employee named Hersheya was very rude and nasty when I came to pick up an order for DoorDash. Made me wait until she finished clearing in store orders before handing me the door dash order that was already ready. She did not ask me the name of the order at all. Just simply told me to wait. She saw that I was upset by this and taunted me with laughter and rude comments. She laughed as I walked out with the order. This behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable. It should not be tolerated.

Man, I drank milk that was expired for more than 3 days. When I told the employee, he didn’t even thank me. There were 3 bottles of milk that expired on December 8, 2025, and today is December 11, 2025. Several people drank that milk and they weren’t even worried.

We stopped here late at night while traveling — my baby had an accident, and his pants were wet. It was freezing outside, and when the security guard tried to help us, a woman from the kitchen yelled “ABSOLUTELY NOT!” in the most disrespectful way. I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff was. It’s unbelievable that a place like this doesn’t even have a baby changing table. Definitely the worst experience — the only decent person there was the security guard.
