Please…PLEASE bring back Tim! Ever since management changed this place has gone to the dogs. How hard is it to read a screen and make what is on the screen and verify that the order is correct? Always an issue with this store for delivery. Missing items and wrong items seem to be an issue. The night staff is the worst. Attitudes all over the place and clearly an inability to read words . I love Wawa but the quality of service is terrible. I can’t blame Doordash because the bags are sealed so it’s not their problem it’s y’alls. Save yourself a trip and go to Sheetz!

I placed an order for 3 6inch subs. They didn’t have onions (no big deal), but out of the toppings I was able to order 2 were left off of my sub. I opened my sub when I got to work and there was no cheese or tomato.
It wasn’t that large of an order and I was the only one waiting. I usually just let these things go, but it’s not the first time this has happened at this particular Wawa location. So figured I would do a review in hopes it will encourage management to have a talk with employees about checking orders.

Ever since the previous store manager left this location has fallen apart. The employees are rude and condescending and don’t care about the customers whatsoever. It’s only this location that I have continuous problems with as such I would never spend my money with wawa in general. Sheetz food may not be as good but at least you will be treated with respect. Wawa I know you can do better but your management does not care either.

Nov 10, 2024 I was passing through the Mechanicsville area and received great customer service and friendly smiles from both Ashleigh and Kayla. I was pleasantly surprised there was a discount if you ordered a coffee with the cheese and egg on mini syrup flavored waffles. No sample cups available…they’re great to carry out creamer. There were little floaters in my coffee…they don’t appear to be bugs.

i stopped here for fuel and unfortunately (at least i initially THOUGHT) dinner, halfway through a long trip. i was thus SHOCKED at the food selections that they had hot and ready to go (by the registers). i opted for two things from this section since i was in a hurry to get back on the road, and OMG – the pepperoni/cheese croissant and buffalo nuggets were SO GOOD – fresh, hot, and ready! Thanks SO MUCH to whomever approves having these items out so late in the evening (it was around 9PM)… SO MANY OTHER GAS STATIONS manage to screw up this one seemingly small thing. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM WAWA (at this location)!!

Intense! It’s a food experience, all right. This ordering by electronic menu makes everything speedy. There’s nothing you may want for lunch (or breakfast, or supper, or anytime), that you won’t find on the menu.
