I’ve tried this place twice and even though the store is neat and orderly and has a lot of options, the food that is made to order is so lackluster, I’ll stick to Sheetz. Ordered a beef and bean burrito with avocado and got a bean burrito, no meat, no avocado. Ordered a panini and got a barely toasted messy sandwich. The only good part was the hot peppermint cocoa which would have went great paired with some decent food. I will not be returning and will go across the street to Wawa’s better: Sheetz.

My husband and I stopped in for a cup of coffe. We had to wait a bit due to other orders and issues going on but GOOD GRIEF!! Some of THE BEST coffee we’ve had (and we know our coffee!!) It was so worth the wait!! We had already exited the store but it was so good, we went back inside to let the lady who made it know how much we enjoyed it. As we told Ms Betty, we’ve been north, South, east coast and west coast…. and this coffee from a convenience store was better than some gourmet shops we’ve been to.

Every time I come here they are out of something. Its actually crazy. I dont stop in often and each time im reminded why. Its always so jam packed that it takes 20 minutes for one line. Then another 20 minutes for your food to be called.
I asked for pickles on the side… they were put on the sub and on the side. I asked for lettuce and was told they are out of lettuce. How am I able to order a salad then?
Sheetz next door doesn’t have these issues.

We had an amazing time at the Wawa grand opening today! The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a fun way to kick off the celebration, and we were treated to free coffee and I got delicious breakfast. The staff was so friendly, keeping everything organized and welcoming. Plus, we even got free T-shirts to remember the day! Great job, Wawa—already looking forward to coming back!

A few months ago, my daughter started seeing ads for Wawa and was enamored. She must have told us at least 1,000 times how all she wanted for her birthday was to go to wawa. Haven’t had a bad customer service experience ever. Everyone is polite, friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Now if Coke would only fix their Ice machine the right way, it would be perfect. Food is always good. Try the Dill pickle ranch turkey club. It hits good!

I honestly can say our first experience was amazing. One of the managers approached us and asked if we needed any help with anything. After explaining it’s our first time there we asked a few questions about the ice coffees they have. The manager insisted on a sample (in which was a full cup) of my wife’s choice since she had a hard time making a decision. The steak cheese sub was awesome too! Everyone staff person I spoke with was well-mannered, helpful and polite.
