I came in for a salad today, my payment was still pending at the kiosk but I wasn’t aware. When I went up for my salad, I was greeted with “after you pay” I said, “I already paid” and was met with only an eye roll… I understand how busy it can get in fast food and convenience , but a simple “check again for us” would’ve been great. The cashiers are always super sweet, though! 🙂

Wawa is super reliable for a quick meal or coffee on the go. Their hoagies are solid, and I like the touchscreen ordering system—it makes the whole process smooth. The store is usually clean, and the variety of snacks and drinks is great. Staff are friendly for the most part.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it can get really crowded during peak hours, and sometimes the coffee area or drink stations get messy and aren’t restocked fast enough. A few times I’ve had to wait longer than expected for hot food orders too. Still, it’s one of the best convenience stops out there.

This spot is always clean and they don’t take forever to make your food. Be aware that your rewards card & any bonus rewards will only work at the pump or the cashier. The self checkout won’t scan them and they have no signage or anything up telling people. The line for the cashier has been slow every time I’ve been because of this and they only staff 1 cashier even at peak times. Also, they are very frequently out of the premade Wawa brand foods, which is disappointing. They always have tons of kitchen staff when I go in, why not have some of them on the other register or making the sandwiches & wraps (or are they shipped in)?

Flew in from Phenix and heard nothing but amazing things about Wawa. As soon as we walk in and walk to the kiosk to order our snack, we saw one of the workers behind the counter adjusting his Zyn packet in his mouth with his gloves on. He didnt change his gloves and went right back to make some food. I was disgusted and shocked. We said something to the cashier and walked out. Hopefully all the Wawa’s dont have this same type of hygiene.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill since they opened. It was easily 5 stars at one point. Recently however, I got a burger for my son and I paid $2 extra for bacon that he didn’t get. Every time I get a quesadilla now they are so soggy that I can’t eat them without making a huge mess. They don’t taste that great when they’re soggy like that either. Last night even I decided to get a soup that I love and it was so watery it lacked any flavor and honestly it was gross which is crazy because normally I LOVE that soup. It’s disappointing because I’ve been relying on Wawa for my food lately while I work but I feel like I can’t anymore. The made to order drinks are still fine though and I haven’t had issues there. Hope the food gets back to where it was but I think I’ve got to stop coming here for a while. That soup I got last night I had to just pour it out. Waste of $5 just for that.
