The best WaWa experience this morning. Needed to grab some gas, and popped into the nearest WaWa. The lot was SO clean, and the gas pumps were plentiful and there are EV charging stations available as well. After fueling up, went inside to grab a drink. The store was well stocked, with so many items. There was also a made to order sandwich station as well as a well stocked coffee bar. The staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by “Raquel.” I really wanted a brownie, and Raquel was SO helpful in trying to locate one for me. Unfortunately, we were unable to find one, and Raquel recommend other tasty food treats for me. Totally rate this WaWa a 10/10 on all levels, and outstanding customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Wawa for a long time and have always had great experiences—until today. I had a very negative interaction with the current manager, who was rude and unprofessional. I stayed in the store afterward and noticed the same individual speaking rudely to other customers as well. This is disappointing, especially since the previous manager set a much higher standard. I hope this location can return to the level of service it’s been known for.

The matcha I get here is always either just straight milk or poorly mixed, with clumps stuck to the sides, unlike the Vienna Wawa, which consistently makes it well. I also saw the manager speaking very rudely to his employees and then putting on a fake smile for customers. His attitude was still clearly rude. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a different location.

As always love Wawa coffee. They have lots of blends and hot/ fresh … I also like the deli / sandwich shop inside . They have some really good food there . Nice and quick service .. they have fuel service and Tesla chargers ! Nice and convenient. There is a pnc bank inside . It’s just a bit pricey though. Good for once in a while shopping …

I have been an avid Wawa supporter going on 10 years now. Been to many a Wawa along the east coast and never had an experience as disappointing as this one. This may actually be the worst Wawa in the country.
I ordered an untoasted turkey hoagie with what I assume are standard toppings (lettuce, mayo, tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers). Received the thinnest possible BURNT hoagie, with a few measley slices of turkey and jalapeno peppers as the ONLY topping. It is the driest and saddest looking sandwich and I’m shocked it was served by an actual person. My order receipt was taped to the outside so I know it didn’t get confused for anyone else’s.
If you can’t afford to find and pay employees to have any decency or care in a customer-focused environment, don’t be a franchise owner.

Good Wawa location. Their gas/diesel prices are consistently the lowest in the area. The Wawa mobile app works well, although they could offer more deals. Unfortunately after 10pm this place turns into the Star Wars bar but that’s not really in Wawa’s control; it’s a side effect of the location. It takes a lot away from the atmosphere though. They have #1 coffee in the area.

We had no problem getting gas…once we got to the pump. There was a car meet, but they were all sitting at the pumps blocking business and it took us 15 minutes to get to an actual pump to get our gas. Cars a part of the meet were blocking exits, and it took even more time to leave the parking lot. Don’t ever bother coming here on the weekend if you need to get gas quickly. The stores phone also did not have a voicemail system set up, Wawa needs to do better.
