Stopped by the Wawa in Dumfries, VA late at night with my daughter, and it turned into one of those simple moments you truly appreciate. The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered a freshly made bagel sandwich, served nice and hot, and it was flavorful, comforting, and made just right. The service was rapid and on point, which made the experience even better, especially at that hour. What stood out most was the atmosphere, it felt safe, secure, and well-maintained, which means a lot when stopping in late at night with family. We also enjoyed a Dominican “hack” for only $1.79 called Morir Soñando, a traditional drink made with fresh orange juice, milk, sugar, and ice. Its name means “to die dreaming,” and it truly lives up to it, creamy, citrusy, refreshing, and comforting, like a dream in a cup. A great experience all around. We’ll definitely be back. #gottahavewawa

I have to agree with CD, their subs are excellent! I order custom cheesesteaks and they’re always perfect and delicious. The staff is friendly, fast, and polite. Great value. I especially like their app and the curbside service. Love Wawa!!!

I went there to get water for a Park ️ outing with my dog . I wanted a small paper cup with nothing in it and was charged 2.98 cents. I informed the. Very nice cashier that I didn’t know that was how much they had to charge for a paper cup so I would like to return it. She and her manager were very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I am giving a 3 Star review instead of 5 stars is the company policies of charging full price for a small paper cup.

I will say it like this. I go to wawa in multiple areas at multiple times. I have given this store 4 chances if there is line when I go in but what I need i must use the cashier. They have looked straight at me then rolled their eyes. Not only that hit the express case or in wawa terms the sizzle case. Love seeing a double stamp on expiration on it with edges crunchy and the mush cold. So my all around experience here is less then satisfactory. The only good thing to come from my visits there is I won 600 dollars off a scratcher that came from the machine. Really sad would rather hit a slev.

I was excited to see WAWA come to Dumfries. However, disappointed. The coffee grade is almost all one way… MILD. For example on 2 recent visits there were 7 milds, 1 token medium, and no darks. I’ve frequented the other 3 WAWA’s here in eastern Prince William County and they always try to offer a balanced variety. I will resume doing McD’s coffee down the street.

Worst wawa to order food from, particularly subs. I don’t know what it is with this place, because everyone knows Wawa’s has some of the best subs. I’ve attempted to get subs here twice, both times absolute TRASHHH! The one in Woodbridge is far superior.

Fuel pumps had maintenance calibrating them. After calibration it over pumped over a gallon all over my truck (I shut it off when I saw it coming out!) Maintenance said not their issue speak to someone inside. Guy at register had no clue. Manager had no clue and had the gall to say theres no way to know what happened….ummmm thats why you have cameras all over recording! Refused to do anything. I was told someone would go out and clean up the fuel that now was all over my truck as well as a puddle on the ground. As I told the manager its a hazard! 15 min later still no one! No help, no compensation, no partial refund and damage to my truck!

I wanted to have a conversation with the manger about a problem I was having. The assistant general manger gave me all kinds of faces, kept interrupting me if I tried to speak, and then called over other employees to explain to them instead of me. The supporting staff was much nicer that the assistant manager. No customer service skill AT ALL!!

Newer WAWA. This one has walking space in it and the bathrooms are always clean. If only I could tell the window from the door when leaving.
