I really do like Wawa, I don’t have a lot of bad experiences there. This last one though did leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a roasted chicken wrap with hot peppers, jalapeños, onions. $9 for the whole thing which is crazy but whatever. First of all the wrap is cut horrible but whatever that’s fine. I get it’s late so i’m not too concerned about it. What does suck though is finding pepper stems in my food and it jabbing my mouth and teeth. 2-3 of them in there? I’d get just one but multiple is like you know there were in there and just threw them in. Probably not gonna go to this one again. They’ve let me down few times. I’ll just go to the one south or in delmar.

Did an order on the app and it charged my card but when I went to the store they said the order never went through. Ended up having to order (and pay) again and it wasn’t even that good. My cream fruit smoothie was neither creamy nor fruity but instead very icey and tasteless. Normally the service and food here is typical for a mediocre Wawa. But this time they charged me $9 for a smoothie and normally, whatever, it’s fine, but it wasnt even good. Would definitely recommend going to either the south Salisbury Wawa (during the day) or the Delmar Wawa as food there is much more consistent.

I have no problem with this location or any Wawa location except in the deli. I placed a order and paid extra for certain toppings in my order and when I asked a deli associate why there wasn’t any of my topping on that order he showed me the very small amount that was on there and got an attitude with me. I spend a lot of money at this location but after the terrible service I received, I will not be spending my money at this particular location.

How can a store be so inflexible with their “no bags to take out orders” policy.
Even if you spend $35 worth of food apparently that’s not enough to justify making an exception and asking one to purchase one of the reusable bags instead. Had to carry 5 sandwiches and a shake to my car just in my hands. Not impossible but definitely not convenient either.
Unless you actually have no bags and then what do you do with your DoorDash orders? Find it hard to believe.

*Photo attached* Yall wanna charge almost $10 for a bowl and give this tiny amount. I remember they use to actually fill the bowl up. Charge more to give less. Seems to be the trend nowadays with businesses.

The staff is very kind here and I always have a pleasant interaction. The man who checked me out today had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. On another occasion, I overheard to coworkers talking to each other and I really appreciate it how positive and kind they were.
