Seriously WaWa???? Putting roasted chicken strips in a sloppy paper bag?? Have you really gotten that cheap? The bag is wet and fell apart as I was trying to take it out of the to go back you put it in. The Always used to come in a plastic container so you could actually eat them. What’s next? Putting soup in a baggy to save money?? Be better WaWa. Sooo disappointed in you. Guess I should go back to Sheetz

Pretty much the same as the sheetz across the street but with some improvements. Took a little long to receive my hoagie but it was exceptional nonetheless. Employees were keeping everything clean and wiping down counters after helping customers which I appreciated. I also found some of the little things like the coke freestyle machine to be a nice touch. Reasonable prices as well

They do have good food… You know for a gas station. They are better than Sheetz at that. However they are a pain to deal with and are very anal about everything. You can only order certain items at certain times and this isn’t just a few things everything has a specific Time range when you’re allowed to order it. They micromanage all of that! I ordered delivery a lot from here and if they screw up which if anybody that’s used anything powered by doordash….is generally quite often as a norm, they’re super inconvenient about it, they give you no way to get refunds in the app other than to call there offshore doordash support number which isn’t a huge deal in itself but then you make your complaint like if your item was missing or something and they have to put a case in for review before you get your say $4 refund. It can take them a day or two to review and then additional time for Wawa to approve the refund. All for a mistake they made because they didn’t have an item they said they had in stock and then refuse to do anything to fix it, making me be the one to jump through hoops to fix their mistake. I’m seeing that’s the Wawa culture apparently. I could go down the street to Sheetz and I can order what I want when I want and their customer service is awesome! You can call or email and if you do call they’ll take care of your issue on the spot if it’s a valid issue, you don’t have to wait days for case escalation like with Wawa micromanaging the process and dragging things out. Sheetz is definitely the winner on customer service hands down, and I will be ordering from there more often over Wawa due to that. Wawa’s food might be better but in the end both serve crappy gas station food. When you order it from Wawa you definitely are crossing your fingers hoping there’s no issues which they will immediately wash their hands of and push it back for you to deal with. At Wawa, the business is always right versus the customer. Go to Sheetz!

Everytime I go here when I get food made to order they never put it in a bag. Even if I have ten items. How am I supposed to carry it all?! Oh and if I ask for a bag they act irritated and just point at the bags which are BEHIND the plastic partition and make me bag everything myself while they stand and watch me struggle with everything in my arms. If they were busy I would understand but it is always dead when I go in there. I’ll stick with Sheetz from now on since they have the decency to use bags and be helpful to their customers.

The very tall guy at the register was as unfriendly as is Santa loves giving gifts. I spoke twice and never said a word. If my service isn’t worth a greeting, then my service can go elsewhere. You may said well I got upset because you didn’t speak – no I’m not mad. Wawa should be mad at you for them loosing a customer.

I use to work in Frederick and was able to go remore in Marxh. I LOVe stopping at Wawa and getting Cookies and cream milkshakes and/or soups. Everyone is always so welcomimg! I was so happy to hear we were not only getting a WaWa but it was right down the street. On opening day I met Lizzie and Gerald who very nice and welcoming on my 2nd trip I saw Lizzie again and met Ashley. I didn’t have my key card with me and Ashley explained more about the program and app and even showed me otn her phone. I have been a few more times and always greeting with same grand opening enthusiasm. Great Job, Lizzie, Gerard and Ashley!!!!

This is one of the two Wawa’s Hagerstown has been waiting for to compete with Sheetz. New store with great food and friendly service. The grand opening training must have been exceptional because the crew here is on the ball when they get busy. New and very clean store. Great to have Wawa hoagies in Hagerstown. I grew up with Wawa.
