I just got the worst Italian Coldcut I ever got from there.
Everything was fine except the Jalapenos on the sub.
They were crunchy like potato chips , like they had been out in the sun on the sidewalk for a week.
The lettuce , onions , mayo , salt , pepper and grated Parmesean were fine.
I threw the other half out the window on the way home.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

I ordered a pasta bowl and garlic bread. Nothing too complicated. The lady at the food counter first gave me god knows what sloppily wrapped in a pile of tin foil along with my garlic bread. I politely pointed out that the (I seriously don’t even know what possibly could have been inside this weird foil lump) was not what I ordered, and that I was supposed to have a pasta bowl. She seemed confused, but after reading the reciept for my pasta bowl taped to the top of the foil lump she took it back and started making a pasta bowl, at this point I wasn’t really upset as I have no issue waiting a couple extra minutes and totally get that mistakes happen sometimes. My doubt started when while waiting for my pasta to be made two other customers had their orders also incorrectly made (or not made- there was a young girl standing waiting for her food when we first walked in that was still waiting even after we left) but finally she called my number again and I went over to grab my pasta, when I picked it up there was no toppings on it just marinara with penne noodle (I had ordered broccoli/seasoning.) I told her it was supposed to have broccoli on it too and she ignored me so I repeated myself only for her to bluntly remark “it’s at the bottom” before walking away, this raised major red flags as I have never seen any employee at wawa put the TOPpings at the bottom. When I got home I hesitantly opened my pasta bowl and started stirring it up. To find one single broccoli floret obviously cut in two smaller halves(they were able to be reassembled- which I did in the attached photo). Let’s be real here, she very obviously put the piece of broccoli at the bottom to hide that it was a single floret cut in half, also the garlic bread was a sad cold roll with the tiniest squirt of garlic aioli known to man, no oregano or parmesean it was honestly just pathetic. The lady that was working the food counter needs to be either retrained on food counter or not put on to work at the food counter this was absolutely the worst food/customer service i have ever recieved here. I also ordered a popping bubble drink to go with my meal and the popping bubbles are too big to go through the straws at the counter. I was not given a boba straw with my drink (which because they didn’t have 32oz. cups had to be given to me in 2 16oz. Cups- not too mad about that just thought I’d point it out as it was quite inconvenient) I don’t know what was going on at this location tonight but I’m extremely disappointed.
