I went to get a chicken sandwich this morning. This does not look like picture at ALL. Both the tenders and biscuit are super hard. There is no way you could have put this sandwich together and not know the biscuit was Rock hard. Not edible at all.Never again. Shame on you Wawa. I come there often. I will just go to Chik Fil A across the street from now on.

First, the employees at the Joppa Rd location are great. I just have an issue with the size of this locations gobbler turkey bowls. The price has been raised from $4.99-$9.49 since I started buying them, but the portion given has decreased quite a bit!! It is better at other locations, but nothing like it used to be. I understand prices go up, but the amount of food should have stayed the same, especially given the price has almost doubled.

Wawa is known for its wide variety of snacks, hot and cold meals and so on. So I have no complaints about that. But today’s visit was a different experience. Be cautious when ordering a smoothie. One particular young employee used the same plastic gloves throughout every order including touching the cabinet doors, etc. And when I asked for them to change container the attitude appeared, even given me lesser ice while the rest spilled on the counter. In addition, I saw a 2 second rinse (blender container) and placed it back to hang on the side for later usage, uncleaned. Worst if you have certain food allergies. So just watch carefully when ordering.

Ordered a classic turkey bowl and paid $10.00 and there was no mashed potatoes. When I returned was told they dont have mashed potatoes. Why would you not tell someone that. Then after giving me a hard time they said they had Mac and cheese as an alternative. Got the new bowl and there was 5% turkey and 95% stuffing. Rip off. Never again.

When first arriving, I was pleased with how well-lit the lot was, allowing for ease of access, the opportunity to make pedestrians feel safe, and the presence of an all-around welcoming environment to be experienced. The fuel pump area is quite spacious with many pumps available. Trash cans for both recycling and non-recycling items are at each station too.
Inside, the welcoming presence continues. The store offers a wide variety of snacks and freshly-made offerings. The staff were friendly enough throughout everything. And, I have to admit, the restrooms were the one of the cleanest I have ever been to in a gas station.

1/25/2025: First time back after a long break. Sure enough, everyone’s vehicles are super salty from the snowstorm last week. Most car washes are still closed due to constant below freezing weather for a week. So many cars driving around with windows so dirty they can barely see. Surely, Wawa will let me squeegee my windows while I pump gas and buy stuff inside! Nope. Literally, no squeegees. Should I be surprised? At least there isn’t trash everywhere this time!
8/27/2024: No windshield washer in the bins again. Also, this Wawa is apparently breeding an invasive species. These things keep landing on me while I pump gas.
Older:No washer fluid in the bins again. It’s always something at this Wawa. They charge more than the cheap stations so I think it’s fair to expect basic service like squeegees and some sort of water or fluid to clean my windshield. Why not add that task to checklist so it doesn’t get me missed so often?

The food and services was very good
The hamburgers are pretty good. But I really wanted to try the pizza which as you can see I finally did. I was very disappointed! It was burned and it just over all was not good I would have been better off staying with the burgers. I wish they had a option of one slice instead of a whole 14 or 16 “

Wawa food used to be a banger. Now they are out here charging $0.89 for an 1/8 of a small cup of nacho cheese. You right, it ain’t my cheese. Ain’t my fries cheese either. Nor my chips cheese.

I love this Wawa but if I buy a chipotle turkey snack wrap, I expect to receive a chipotle snack wrap not just a wrap with turkey and lettuce, no cheese, no sauce.
