I just would like to give Glen a Big Big Tight , I was in distress because I needed some air after riding to 3 location unsuccessful and using them weak air pumps that charged you. At least Royal farms refunded immediately, the air pump at Safeway weak made my psi 18. I called WaWa and Glen, I ask was pumps working he said hold I’m going check came back and yes they work and if you have any problems, I will come and help. That really made my soul feel at ease and he cared. Just a small gesture of kindness can make a big difference. Glen , I hope know how very grateful and thank you for blessing my day.

I struggle to give 2 stars and that is only because the staff during lunch time most weekdays are very friendly and try to keep up. That is where it ends though. This seems to be a very poorly managed Wawa, likely a bad regional manager because the same issues persist for years. beyond slow service at the fresh food counter; employees will not make food or drinks until they are done their conversations with one another, which usually consists of a loud conversation about how bad the store is run. today i ordered a bagel with ham, egg, cheese, tomato and avocado. not only did it take 10 mins, with just one order ahead of me, it was made without the avocado but here is the kicker, and I don’t even really know how they came to the conclusion to do this…. they wrapped the bagel like a sub. like they rolled my bagel up into a sub shape. When i opened it it was just a mess. I asked three times at the counter what was being handed to me and the answer was “that is just how we wrap it”. No, no sensible person wraps a bagel like that.

I ordered some a burger, fries and a milkshake and it was 2/10. Honestly. It was a few hood dudes in there too, you would’ve thought I was in a gas station on park height or something. The employees weren’t too friendly but they’re trying just like the rest of us so hey.

Must be a new brista thats not properly trained. I have been getting coffee here for a while and it has been quite consistent, but suddenly getting inconsistent coffee for the past couple days. Please stop mixing the macchiato and filling the entire cup with ice. Also, had to throw my macchiato out for the 1st time today because it tasted extremely watery when it normally taste rich.

Customer Service is up and down. The more seasoned workers are quicker. The food can be a hit or miss so your just hopeful your foods is made properly. I love the pizza and italian turkey cold cut. My favorite drinks are iced vanilla matcha and the fruit refreshers. My drinks are made different with each employee so there’s no consistency.

1 tiny ramekin of dressing for a salad is cheap! The individual packet of dressing has more dressing in it than the ramekin. Give us adequate dressing or go back to giving packs of dressing.

ANOTHER UPdate 7/13/2025: just cancel the delivery service from this location. They always mess up the order. Last order they gave the wrong size candy; before that gave spinach instead of romaine; before that gave a wrap instead of a tuna club sandwich; before that gave all items except my smoothies; and another time before that I never got my delivery order at all! Never order delivery from this location no matter which app you order from. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, TRUST ME!!!
Update 12/7/2025: ordered a salad. Saw this big light skin girl w/ 4 chins sweep in the back, but then hopped on the line to help the sandwich girl. This big girl put on gloves, without washing hands, to prepare to make my salad. Apparently chicken wasn’t on the line, so this girl goes to the walk-in fridge, opens the door with the same gloves, comes back out with the bags of chicken, and then proceeds to make the salad, touching my salad ingredients with the same gloves that she grabbed the walk-in fridge, and everything else in between. Common sense is not common and some of these workers are straight up dirty!!! The same worker kept wiping her nose on her forearm too! Disgusting!! I can’t come here anymore. & I’m contacting corporate; Enough is enough…
