So let me tell you this I worked in retail for 20 years and one of my biggest issues I have is when people say I’m by myself. A customer doesn’t care and that is not their concern. On the day I visited I ordered a sub and pizza. The guy call and let me know the sub was ready. Ok where is the pizza. I waited watch one staff move at a glacier pace making a drink and the other change the trash. As I asked about the pizza he let me know he is by himself and he is doing both. I simple asked why didn’t he say that when he gave me the sub. His response it will be ready in a minute or two. So I will not be returning because clearly I’m bothering them.

Wawa is always a solid go-to for quick, tasty food — and in my experience, the quality is consistent no matter the location. My only gripe with this particular spot is that they didn’t have the lemonade with popping bubbles that was being advertised as a signature drink. For a moment, I thought maybe the promotion had ended, but the very next day I visited my local Wawa and all the options were fully available. Still a good experience overall, just disappointing to miss out on the drink I was looking forward to.

Plan on waiting 20+ minutes, at least, after you pay, for them to even begin to think about maybe starting to make your order. Instead of making things in the order they were placed, or paid for, the ‘easiest’ or ‘what I feel like making’ things get made first.
Keep your order slip handy as some employees will just mark your order as made, or canceled, as the system keeps beeping at them for long overdue orders.
