Got a tuna junior sub , omg unbelievable that the sub bread was hard as a brick literally , couldn’t even bite into it. Not to mention there was only 10 cent worth of tuna on it… This was 100% unacceptable behavior at a store That is supposed to be great for cold subs . Ever who made this sub needs to find another job that doesn’t include cooking or preparing FOOD ♀️ ♀️ .

The young lady who was making drinks has a really bad attitude. I’m sure she was feeling overwhelmed for the amount of drinks she needed to make but the way she spoke to a few customers is uncalled for. She rushed making drinks which mine turned out tasting more like water then a macchiato. We all have days at work but we don’t get to take it out on the customers.

i love wawa, but what the heck is this crap? i added extra chipped beef paid extra for it and this is the crap i got. talk to the cashier who stated that this was extra and a manager would tell me the same. paid $6 and some change for this. i love chipped beef but wont get it at wawa again

Anywhere from 10pm-6am, this place is not the place to go for a meal. Whether you’re just getting off of work at either time or just starting a shift, I do NOT recommend this establishment. The workers are always too lazy to make any orders in a timely fashion. The orders take FOREVER to “finish”. Went today for a pizza and a side of Mac and cheese, was served the Mac and cheese 15 mins before the pizza was ready; then when the pizza was ready, the Mac and cheese was COLD. The woman behind the counter (ONLY ONE PERSON) told me it would be a long wait for more Mac and cheese after complaining my other order was now cold, I decided to go home with the cold Mac and cheese and a pizza that was lobsided. I do not recommend this Pulaski @ Rossville location for ANYONE, especially night shift folk.

Had a coupon issue with cigarettes this morning, and the gentleman that took care of me was extremely helpful. He even went on his own app to try to help me out. At end we were able to use the coupon manually (he didn’t have to do that). To go above and beyond for customer service is what it’s all about. Five star for this location and thank you to the gentleman this morning. 5-29-25 @ 6:30am.

Love Wawa but jeez would it kill y’all to use a little more condiments on your sandwiches? They are a little tough to choke down sometimes ngl and trust me I know you aren’t struggling to make the mayo ends meet over there. Workers are super friendly, and it’s nothing on them. I know Wawa measures everything out and I’m saying maybe change those measurements a little and think about the taste a bit over just the bottom line.

Slow, rude, non professional, too busy, police use as speed trap just sitting in parking lot! Also as you can see that’s the back of the store where the bums congregate. Very dangerous on weekend nights after ten p.m. The homeless will insist and threaten individual patrons.
