Both ordered for delivery and in person from this location but today I could only say wow. Pic included with the order receipt and the food.. how could it have gotten this wrong. Buffalo wrap missing the buffalo sauce, baccon, and side of spicy ranch. Attempted to contact the support line but of course on hold for 18 minutes just not worth the time.

This review is to acknowledge an employee who showed me sincere customer support. Tina noticed me struggling with all of my purchased items before leaving the store. She approached me and asked me if I needed a bag. Knowing that I was going to end up dropping something I already paid for, I thanked her and accepted the bag. Tina chose to put the customer first, knowing that she wasn’t supposed to offer me that. Then, right in front of me, some other employee jumped out from behind the counter just to correct her and say that unless it’s a mobile order, bags cannot be given out.
I was a paying customer just like any other order. Tina saw that and put me first, just as proper customer service should be!! Thank you Tina. At least when I visit the store, I will think of people like you who actually care to help. I hope you have the best day ever!

I came into the Northpoint Wawa Location to grab a salad. An older white lady with short gray hair (60’s I think) who worked in the deli Handed me my salad, she seemed to be prejudice towards me, I’m not exactly sure, But I would warn people just be a bit more careful. I don’t believe the rest of the staff is like this, Just this person. Be safe!

Every time I go to this Wawa in the morning before work around 4:45 AM There is an old lady that works usually making the drinks, my drink has never been on time and Is never correct…. There is really no excuse for it as it is usually not very busy since early in the morning. Do better.
