I made my first online order and somebody screwed it up. The ticket that’s taped on the outside of the bag has everything listed with what should be in bag. The bag was taped up and there should’ve been three sandwiches not two and even though you guys are taking care of it correcting somebody’s error, I give you two stars, because it’s my first time ordering online and you screwed up. Kind of makes me wonder if I should ever order again that way. Maybe not. We live 10 miles away and now my honey’s on his way now to get the sandwich that was not in the bag.

Their soup has been the only thing I have wanted to eat, after I had major surgery. Creamy Tomato Bisque soup, MmmmM. That and a pint of milk, and I feel my body getting back to normal every time. I called once to see if they were serving my new favorite soup, (chicken noodle is BANGING too btw) and she said, ” No but I can start it for you and have it ready for you soon.” That lady, was very busy, didn’t know I was trying to heal, but still willing to go out of her way for me. It meant so much in that moment. I was still trying to get the yuky hospital taste out of my nose and mouth. Tomato bisque and cold cold milk. Thank you so much #wawa in Westminster.

I work long hours and get off late and this is my usual stop for dinner after work. It’s nice to be able to get something hot to eat that isn’t McDonald’s after midnight. The staff is also always very friendly an accommodating.

The staff is very nice and congenial. Very quick attention to your needs. Since I use a walker both staff and or customers help out my holding open the entrance/exit doors. Handicapped spots out front. Plenty of parking spots available.

No receipts at the pump, last 3 consecutive visits. Not ‘out of paper,’ just noise of paper advancing, then nothing, like they disabled it. On different pumps each time. No, I’m not walking inside for a receipt; I just take a picture of the pump as my record.

I visited WaWas in Westminster, Md twice. Each time I ordered a club sandwich with extra lettuce. The first i did not receive extra lettuce and the employee just thru the sandwich together. I called the manager and is apologized and offered to fix the problem. Well the second time it was worse. I ordered the same thing. I asked the employee for extra lettuce and he said ok. This time was worse. No extra lettuce, no cheese and it was thrown together. When they completed making the sandwich the employee put it on the counter and walked off leaving me standing there. Their service is the worse in the world. I don’t recommend and i will not spend another dime here. Stay away!
