I think I just got my last piece of food at Wawa. Ordered scrambled eggs and sausage bowl, added spinach. Open it up and there’s a pretty good sized green bug crawling around in the bowl, very much alive. No way I’m taking this back, no way I want another one. I am completely done with Wawa after this. As I’m writing this, he’s crawling around on the underside of the lid. Couldn’t you at least rinse the spinach before you serve it?

I’m loving the new look of this Wawa! The remodel really opened up the space — it feels roomier, brighter, and more inviting. Everything is neat, clean, and well-organized, from the coffee station to the food area. The staff keeps things tidy and moving smoothly, even during busy times. Definitely one of the nicest Wawa locations in the area!

I’ve been here quite a few times as I live around the corner. I have to say it’s always been a clean and pleasant store and have never had any issues! But, today my expectations were exceeded. Went in and was going to get a coffee, but saw the promotional breakfast meal and decided to try it. I went to the food ordering kiosk, but didn’t see all the options, so the lady working the cash register named jay I believe helped me figure it out and I realized they had the sizzlis and hash browns by the front. She asked what kind of sandwich I wanted and she didn’t see it, so she very kindly offered to make me a fresh one. She was so incredibly kind, and so patient helping me when I was confused! GREAT customer service.

I will never go back to this Wawa location ever again after two poor incidents. First one is I had placed a curbside order for a coffee and sat in one of the curbside parking spots for 20 minutes. I finally went into the store and asked about my order. The guy just looked at me and then handed me my coffee which was sitting on a shelf behind the counter. No apology or reaction. FYI….don’t do a curbside order at this location.
Secondly, today, 10/14, I pre-ordered a coffee for pickup at 8:25am. I get there at that time and there is nothing on the curbside pickup counter. I waited 10 minutes since maybe they hadn’t made my drink yet and then finally yelled over the counter at some kid with glasses and greasy hair and asked about my drink. No response but simply walked over to another shelf behind the counter and gave me my drink. He said not one word to me. If you do an online order in the app, why wasn’t the drink on the “online order” pickup spot?? Why kept behind the counter out of sight?
I have worked in the food service industry and this place is horrible. If you acted like this anywhere you wouldn’t have a job. Do yourself a favor and ride a few more miles to the Wawa in Millersville! Steer clear of Glen Burnie!

Husband just spent 20 minutes waiting for two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel, and all of it is wrong. Both sandwiches were missing the sausage, and the bagel that had “extra” cream cheese had maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. Unbelievable. Never been so disappointed in Wawa.

This is a decent location. It is physically smaller than other stores. I stopped by on a Saturday night and they were out of several ingredients that people were asking for like soft serve ice cream and steak. The food I did order was made quickly and the staff were polite.

The GM in the store is as unprofessional as her staff. This is why the service is so bad here July 27 2025 beware the staff uses the restroom without washing thier hands be very careful of what you eat here they will tell you they are doing you a favor doing thier job that they are being paid to work these are full grown woman not of the younger generation it shameful how will they learn when thier are no good example WAWA and corporate company have gotten to big when they dont care about how customers are treated
