I go to Wawa twice a week and lately they have been getting my order wrong. I understand people make mistakes but this is unacceptable. When I called the store I spoke to a manager(Mark) he escalated the issue instead of just apologizing. When I called and told him there was a piece of paper in my sandwich( I already ate half) he said don’t worry the paper is clean. That was an inappropriate comment. Then I asked for my money back he said he won’t be able too I had to use the app. Being frustrated I went up to the store and spoke to Mark directly and instead of deescalating the situation he made unnecessary comments like “ my register is going to be short, you must of been mad all day” after getting on him he eventually gave me money after snatching my receipt .

I go to my local Wawa for gas, small shopping and order food all couple a times a week because the staff is wonderful. Everything about Wawa is great but the staff and the extra effort they put in to your experience is evident. It’s small things that make big differences

Ive been going to this Wawa for the past couple months and I’ve been loving it!!! every once and I while I would trip over some of the high schoolers backpacks that’s why I’m giving it a 4 star but everything else about this store is spot on everything is freshly made and never imperfections!!. there restrooms are always available so whenever I need to use it I can always count on it. Great Wawa!

This is the first Wawa in Montgomery County. I am again just so grateful with not only a Royal Farms, or a Sheetz, and now a Wawa. A second Wawa in Montgomery County is planned for a location in Burtonsville. No water fountains in this location, but just clean restrooms though.

Best WAWA I’ve ever been too! Fast serving line and your food always comes within 5 minutes, the Cashiers are always in the Registers, and other workers are there to make sure you’re okay. I really enjoy this WAWA!!!!

Yes, I deliciously overstated this however I grew up with Wawa and OG Wawa was the best. Today’s Wawa is a lesser copy, yes, but still does it right.

I cannot begin to tell you how many times they mess up simple orders. And then get upset with you as if you made the sub or sandwich. I’m seriously considering driving to Burtonsville to help them speed up construction on the second MoCo Wawa. I understand that food service is tough and there is a lot of volume. It’s frustrating with the lack of attention to detail. Other Wawas in PG county are more busy and more reliable.

The air pumps here are broken and garbage. I almost got stranded after the tire machine incorrectly displayed my tire pressure. It took forever even to fill it up after and it still didn’t even meet my desired air pressure. Get a portable one for 20$ and save your time

My first visit to a Wawa, heard their subs were great and was excited to try the food. I ordered a mini Italian sub, I even paid an extra 99cents for cheese! Well, you can see what I got in the picture. I got 2 super thin slices of salami. Where’s the meat? Where’s my 99 cent cheese. First and last visit to a Wawa.
