I don’t like how the are lazy and didn’t want to make shakes for people they lock they icon button on the machine so you can’t Order and when I ask the manager on duty she acting like she didn’t know what happen And then tried to unlock it .Deontae was the one making it on the shake side and his attitude sucks big time !!!!!! They need a whole new crew who actually wanna work and service customers we didn’t focus you to get that job if you don’t want to make shakes . No did I get apologize sorry or anything .. sad people that work there I was just standing there waiting for here to unlock almost took 30 mins so I just left .

Purchased a chicken sandwich today from Wawa that was totally bland. Tasted no seasoning whatsoever. Royal Farms chicken sandwich has Wawa beat, hands down. I like the chain of Wawas across the Tristan’s area, however this particular one is drastically slower in their provided service in comparison to the ones in Charles county. The only advantage to this one is it is open 24/7 and is cleaner than some of the other gas station/convenient marts in the area. There is never any washer fluid in the gas up lanes, or hand sanitizer in their dispensers. 7/10 times on the weekends you will be asked for money from a panhandler. The employees inside are usually very nice and friendly though, at least at the food service and drink area, the cashier side is hit or miss.

Man where do I start. I work for a transit authority in the area. My lunch is at 11pm. No matter what I get it takes 30 to 45mins for them to make. Pizza 45min, as of tonight 6in chicken strip hogie and Mac and cheese……30mins….and then they made the sandwich wrong. Its a situation of cant get right. Idk if they just don’t care, or if its genuine confession….but this wawa ain’t it unless you go in and never get any food made

I went in to grab water no cups were available and when i questioned them up front where were the cups located the young lady picked up the smallest after i acknowledged i wanted a large. Who put this place here. Why do i have to come to camp springs and receive services from wawa that isn’t wawa standards that would normally keep customers coming back. Sad but just my thoughts
