I ordered a Frozen Caramel Chocolate Chip Cappuccino at this location and while it tasted very good, I bit into something hard and I thought it was a tough chocolate chip, turns out it was glass. Alot of broken bits at the bottom. Go to the wawa in beltsville instead 100000% times better

Do you know how some Wawa’s are just really good, and how some are extremely poorly run? Yeah, unfortunately, this is the latter. I go here for gas, and always want to use the Coke Freestyle machine. The machine is ALWAYS out of the coke zero variation flavors. Like, how can this always be the case? How are you guys not keeping the flavors stocked? Not only that, but the flavor mixes are always messed up. You have to run the machine for like 30 seconds straight to get the flavors to mix in. They’re also the only wawa I’ve seen that’s consistently out of ice.

I went to visit Wawa in College Park on Monday, October 20. I asked one of the employees there a question and their response was very nasty. I looked at his name tag come to find out he is a manager. I don’t know how he’s a manager with that type of nasty attitude when I then went to the to ask another person is that managerJADEN always like that and they said yes they do not like working with him. I just wish when I come into a store I get treated with great customer service.(especially by a manger)

Took my mom here at this newly opened location on their grand opening weekend. Store itself is pretty small , maybe quarter of the size of a normal wawa store. But impressive as it’s a new store.
I Was there another day to try their caramel smoothie. I was pretty skeptical about how my smoothie gonna be since it’s a new store and pretty new staff. But to my surprise i had the best caramel smoothie from a wawa in a long time. Staff name ROXANA made that for me.
Staffs were all looked pretty stiff & uptight and not friendly . We customers would like to see more friendly staffs.
I would have given a 4 star had the staffs were little friendly towards the customers. both days i went i noticed the same attitude. but will be back for more and hopefully a much better friendly staffs…

Disappointed in the bathroom set up. Only two stalls in ladies bathroom. Stunk alot. It looks like they made two stalls into one stall. Sanitary napkin bucket was overflowing. Used pads and tampons coming out of the bucket like no one needs to see that. Toilet is uncomfortably close to where menstrual products are disposed of. The other toilet had been full to the top with waste and toilet paper. Sink water pressure is poor. I tried finding a checklist for when they last cleaned it, usually places keep it on the back door for transparency about when it was done. Not there so I can’t speak on that. Staff didn’t greet anyone but they were busy so I get it. Would not recommend you stop here for a rest break even though its in the rest stop area. Just grab gas and go – to rest or restroom just find another place.
