Ordered the Cold classic Italian sub today…… First time ever being at WAWA’s.
The place is pretty organized , clean , and pretty good food .
The sub was Fresh and tasted pretty good…..the only issue i had was the portions. The sub barely had lettuce and onions and banana peppers. I never got my Oregano or oil and Vinegar…… A little disappointed, but the taste of the sub , made up for the missing items. Maybe next time, it will be a 5 STAR sub !!!
Overall , i would go back and recommend this place
Just a follow-up…..I ordered the double meat roast beef july 9th ,2025……it was my second time ordering it !! Fantastic sandwich!!! The subs have come a long way from my original posts ! You have to try the double meat roast beef…..you won’t be DISAPPOINTED

I came here last Saturday, June 22 and Wawa was always my favorite place to get an Ice Cold Drink on a hot day and they would always let you get a FREE cup of ice with your purchase. NOT ANY MORE! First, you must pay for your cup, then get your drink. I went to get my cup for the fountain drink, and I also asked for a cup for ice, and he charged me for two (2) sodas without telling me he was charging me the same for the CUP OF ICE. I was paying in cash, and I told him to refund me for the FREE cup for ice. He said, “You have to pay for ice now.”This is the first day starting this policy,” I still demanded my ice cup refund. Then when I went to the soda machine which is right next to the rear door. I understood why they are having thefts of soda. POOR STORE LOCATION PLANNING AND NOW THE HONEST CUSTOMERS MUST SUFFER. What a shame. I always enjoyed getting that cup of ice on a super hot summer day. Wawa is losing it and me over a cup of ice. I wonder how much this is really costing them for the inconvenience.

Easy to access right off MLK Jr. Highway. The area felt well lit and safe, even in the evening. Parking was open and the whole place gave me a comfortable vibe.

This is my first time ordering food from a gas station, bc I typically cook, but I had a few friends rave about Wawa sandwiches so I kept that in the back of my head. I had to stop here to put air in my tires and get gas, so I decided today was the day to try out the food since it was too hot & I was too hungry to cook. I didn’t know what I was doing with ordering, but the kiosk was very user friendly. I ordered a club sandwich, chicken caesar salad & sml Dragon fruit drink totaling $23. I had a small issue w ordering the drink, it would only ring up if I opted to leave out the green tea but I wanted that included as its part of the original recipe. I placed the order, then explained to the lady making the drink abt including the green tea. As I was talking to her the manager walked in from the back, the lady explained to her what happened & the mgr acknowledged what I asked for. The lady making my drink was very pleasant & even asked me to taste it to make sure I was good w my order. The mgr immediately went to check the kiosk to fix it (not sure if she did), but I appreciate her taking immediate action. By the time I paid & went back to pick up my food the mgr was assisting w packaging the food. Everyone involved with my order, including the cashier, was very pleasant I had a great experience. Customer service was great and the food was good. The cold cut sandwich was packed w meat & all the toppings I requested, & the salad is large enough for 2-3 meals.
The air pump is free & it works (big thumbs up). The Wawa @ Ritchie Station location air pump doesn’t work properly. Coming here is what made me realize that (I thought I did something wrong), I’m glad I didn’t go back there as I originally planned. Over all I’m glad I stopped here, I was able to take care of 3 things in 1 location, but I had to leave a review mainly for the excellent customer service I received today on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Every time I come to this location there are kids panhandling as soon as you get to the gas pump and they have a hard time taking no for an answer. They’ll try to peddle car fresheners always for $7 and when you say no they’ll ask you to donate. When you ask them what exactly you’re donating to, the answer is always vague “helping them to do something positive instead of negative for the summer like a summer job”. Only asking people for money without doing anything isn’t teaching responsibility at all. Anyway, I just want to get gas. I don’t even go inside the store. Shouldn’t have to endure people running up on me as soon as I get out my car. Likely will start skipping this location if the operators can’t control what happens on the property. Also, they put a $175 hold on my Amex card when my gas total was only $40ish dollars?!
