Came here to use the bathroom, and get a beverage. Wowie Zowie, the butter is $7.99 here?! Bought a new to me grape Voodoo Monster drink and for $3.69. Did self checkout and that was easy! Didn’t get gas. Used the ladies bathroom, clean! Enjoy my pictures.

I go to Wawa in New Jersey and Maryland on a regular basis. I go for the prepared foods, snacks and coffee. Additionally, I go to locations with Tesla Superchargers. I spend 45-60 minutes charging my car and will pick up something.
This Wawa – on Sudley Rd, Manassas – and its SuperChargers are the BEST I’VE EVER VISITED!!! The area around the SuperChargers was IMMACULATE!! I arrived at 5:45 am, went into the store. Every employee was engaging, positive and helpful!
When I compare this to the locations I charge at in Maryland, it’s head and shoulders above. I spoke with the Manager, J, who was proud of his employees and store. He told me some of the things they do to excel — all the work he and his team members are is doing shows!!!

Had a pleasant experience with Ashley today. There was an issue filling my tank through the app so I moved forward to another pump, still an issue so I went inside as I didn’t want the leave 2 pumps activated. She patiently helped me clear out my transactions.
Station was clean. No trash. Cashier lines were moving pretty efficiently.

First time there so I didn’t know how to place an order. A customer showed me where it was. All the employees were super nice and helpful! A tall guy behind the counter was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The cashier was also friendly and helpful! I was impressed!! Apparently it wasn’t just a one or two time thing; these pumps never have receipt paper. Not coming back here again. There are too many places to get gas where the establishment cares enough about the consumer. Changing from two stars to one.

Could not use the mobile pay at pump number 13 as the tap function did not work. Had to get in my car and drive to pump number 8. Filled up my tank and paid there only to find out that they were out of paper for receipts which I need for my job. Had to hike inside, on my bad knee, to get one of those. Two young guys behind the counter chit-chatting. Not pleased. You telling me one of them couldn’t have been checking the paper and making sure all of the pumps were refilled?

I decided to order the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger for delivery and for the first time in my life, the delivered item looked just like the advertised menu item. I was so surprised! I wasn’t sure about ordering a burger for delivery from Wawa, but now I can’t wait to try more! Too bad the burgers are not available until after 4pm, but I understand. These would be great for lunch!

Cheese not melted on steak and cheese bc sandwich is cold I ordered online in the parking lot and picked it up 2 mins after I ordered…. Luckily I was very hungry so I ate it anyways but was very disappointed. No napkins in bag for a mobile order too..

Cigarette smokers crowd the only entrance to Wawa 5/2/22 9:48 am. I hate being forced to walk through a cloud of secondhand cigarette smoke to gain entrance to a building. A panhandler was crouched only 3 feet away from the main entrance smoking also. There was no way to avoid the panhandler. He held his hand out but said nothing verbally. I had to pass close enough to him with my child that he could have reached out and grabbed us.
I asked “Colleen” at the cashier station if cigarette smokers were allowed to smoke so close to the entrance. I told her I thought there was a Virginia law that required smokers to be at least 20 feet from an entrance. Colleen claimed she “didn’t know the statutes”. Colleen radioed to “Carlos” and he asked the panhandler not to smoke near the entrance but the guy didn’t leave.
Wawa has great products but the smokers and panhandlers at the entrance detract from the experience.
