I cannot praise this place highly enough. Coming from out of state for college, I didn’t know what a Wawa was, but I absolutely love it now. Food is great and the people are greater, always going above and beyond to provide stellar service! Thanks, Wawa, for making the transition to DC a little easier!!!! As for the bad reviews, it’s just because it’s down the street from a high school, so of course it gets busy and chaotic during the start and end of the school day.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. The customer service in this place is non-existent. Jermaine, in particular, is very bad at his job. He must be a supervisor because he’s the only person willing to show up to work there. He’s very sassy and has absolutely zero skills. This place should be shut down and changed to a Royal Farms instead. This store would be convenient since I just moved into the area 2 blocks away, but I can’t spend my hard earned money there and endure being mistreated.

This is the WORST Wawa ever. Adeleye should NOT be a store manager if he does not care about customers. Overpriced and terrible service. I didn’t like my $7 drink and asked if I could get a new one and the store MANAGER Adeleye said I would have to pay for another drink that I did not like because he would have to “throw the drink away”. Instead I threw away the drink and $7 this is completely unacceptable and I have never had this problem at any other Wawa. I will never return.

I went in today, and was stopped. There were a bunch of kids waiting. I was wanting to get something before work. Apparently (policy) said that people had to wait. There were just as many people in it yesterday. After I walked out, the guy let several grown men in. Maybe he had something against women? maybe he didn’t believe my age of 38? but he let them walk right in.

No restooms- they took the restrooms and turned them into “storage” rooms. Otherwise it’s like any Wawa. Not worth stopping for a drink/snack if I still have to go somewhere else to find a restroom.

This was by far the worst WaWa experience I have had thus far. I ordered online through Grubhub and what I received I was totally disappointed with. It’s a simple matter of reading an order and doing your job. Or refunding the order if you can’t fulfill what’s requested. I asked for a honey smoked turkey sub on a shorti roll, with provolone cheese, onions, extra mayo, oil, etc. Usually WaWa fills you sub with lots of meat. This particular day they did NOT. I got my $11+ shorti roll with little to no meat, no onions, and double American cheese, no oil and no mayo. It’s nothing like having a taste for something, spend all that extra money to get it and the order is jacked up!! Like read the paper!! They always want to adjust the order or give a refund NO!! I want my food I paid for. We can exchange the wrong order for the right order. I was upset. I had to cut my own onions and add my oil and mayo! The cheese I just threw out!! All that dern cheese on my sandwich! I didn’t ask for double cheese!!

I always come here since it is only couple minutes away from me . I order from app and pay from app ass well . Every time I pick up something they make me feel like I don’t pay or like picking up something not mine . I always go to other wawas as well but this location and the workers does not feel nice .

literally floored by the customer service. Went here last night needing a pickle pizza and good vibes sooo bad. Dante, Malachi and Jermaine were DOLLS. They were so helpful. I don’t wanna get them stuck in midnights shifts but those men bring the vibes at night. Can’t say enough good things about them. we had a ball.
